A great place to stay close to the beach and eat street. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The food was good but improvements on the quality such as the juice at the breakfast and how the eggs were cooked - omelette was not cooked all the way through with whites uncooked & the poached eggs were ordered medium but were soft & the hard boiled were order medium but all 3 eggs were cooked differently - soft, medium and hard. The pool was nice and relaxing. The staff were super helpful, attentive and welcoming. I had slipped on the ramp after the rain and the hotel addressed the issue right away. I’d definitely recommend staying at Solterra!

The team at Solterra is truly world-class. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized farewell as I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional. They remembered my name, offered thoughtful suggestions, and seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. It’s rare to see this level of genuine hospitality—where you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer at a hotel. The rooms themselves are a perfect balance of comfort and modern elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and soft, and the layout well thought-out with beautiful lighting and thoughtful touches throughout.
