Atlest 50% of the listed information for this Villa is not true. Really needs to be updated. I guess 10 years ago it was as good as the pictures but no maintenance since then is showing in many places. Helpful contact at the house and good WiFi are positives.

amazing villa no wifi no AC

very amazing villa beatiful view! amazing infinity pool. friendly staff, furniture very nice in detail. BUT: if you build a 2 million amazing villa like that, why have the rooms NO air conditioner? and why is the wlan not working? (only text messages IF you are lucky) - wifi and ac are 2 thing to fix for 2-5 thousand dollars.. why dont u spend this money if you have SUCH an amazing villa?.. recommended and visiting again only if this 2 things are fixed. 1 day the water in the bathroom was not working. but all in all very amazing villa thanks!

Spacious luxury villa in rural setting

This villa is architecturally impressive with great views over the sea. The staff are very helpful and professional and the food is good. The infinity pool is one of the best we've seen. It is in a rural setting so it's worth venturing out. Definitely recommend spending a day at Selong Balanak beach about 20km away. The villa has 2 body boards you can borrow as the waves there are good fun. If you are venturing down the south of Lombok then this place is highly recommended for a few days of chilling in luxury.
