Beautiful views
I liked Panorama Berg hotel because it is in a quiet location with beautiful views of the valley and the close proximity to all the little shops in the town of Seiffen.

Small quiet village with lots to see
Beautiful area. Peaceful, quiet, wonderful Christmas town of Seiffen. Museum in town had an amazing history story of the wooden toy industry in the area. Many stores with handmade wooden smokers, nutcrackers, toys. Breakfast at the hotel was impressive as well.

Great Value!!!
As the GPS navigated us to the Panorama berghotel, I told my wife there's no way that's the right place, I'm too cheap to have booked this place. It was an amazing place. The hotel, the view, the room, everything was amazing.

Wish we had planned for a longer stay
Overall excellent experience. Only complaints were the rollaway bed was not the most comfortable for our 9 y/o and we had originally requested a "goose down free" room as my wife is allergic to down and upon arrival we had down pillows. Luckily we had our own pillows as backup. We hope to stay there again for a longer period of time in order to truly be able to experience the area.

Wonderful hotel
It was quite possibly the best hotel experience I've ever had. Amazing views of the countryside from our room, dedicated staff in all areas of the hotel, postcard type look and feel - it was a great escape for a couple of nights. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam baths - and the breakfast was great too, with sparkling wine included on Sunday morning. We will go back one day.

"Breath of Fresh Air"
This was my second time to stay at this hotel. We arrived a little over one hour before checkin and were told we would have to come back that we were early. We were not asked any information just "you'll have to come back". Other than that, this is a great place to stay.Hotel sits on top of hill with nice view. Hotel restaurant has great food.

Ok for overnight stay
We needed a hotel for an overnight visit to Seiffen. We had heard about the Christmas Town and wanted to visit. Due to the late notice of our booking, this is the only hotel that was available on a Hotels.com. There was minimal English spoken at this hotel, the reception knew a little to get us through the checking in process. View from our room was beautiful, even with the clouds coming in,. Our room was quite small. Not a lot of room for bags etc. the bathroom was substantial though. No English channels on TV except for News Channels, which is what you come to expect in Europe. Bed was two single beds pushed together (as per the norm in Europe). Bed was hard for our liking. We had dinner in the restaurant, we had to be served by the barman, as he was the only person to speak any English in the restaurant. Menu is all in German, we had to use translation on our phone to understand what was on offer. Food for dinner was good. Hotel is away from Main Street, so is quiet, but on the down side, also means you can't walk to anywhere to look at anything. Hotel has a pool table upstairs in the attic, which you have to pay to use. Internet reception is not great, kept dropping out. Breakfast spread was good and substantial.

The location of this hotel was excellent as we wanted to see all the lovely Christmas decorations which the town had to offer. The room was very comfortable and quiet with great views. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

ROOM WITH A VIEW
This is the first time I did not stay down on the main shopping street. Little did I know what I was missing. The view from our room more than made up for the location (a good 15 minute walk downhill to shopping). The view is beautiful. The daytime receptionist was terrific. She had a great sense of humor. Breakfast was great. Our room (triple) was large, bed was wonderful.

Urlaub für jedermann
Ob Wellness, Wandern oder Badeurlaub es ist einfach für jeden etwas dabei. Auch bei Schlechtwetter kann man Kegeln, Billard oder Tischtennis Spielen. Einzig das W-LAN auf dem Zimmer könnte besser sein, aber sonst gibt's echt nichts zu meckern.

Hotel Personal sehr nett,Unterkunft sauber.Abendbuffet und Frühstücksbuffet sollte nachgebessert werden.Vorallem das Frühstücksbuffet aufgebackene Brötchen hart wie Stein,Bäckerbrötchen wären echt toll gewesen.

Middelmådigt og skuffende hotel.
Middelmådig oplevelse. Der er ikke, som der står i værelsesbeskrivelsen, værdiboks på værelset og wifi dækker kun fællesområder og ikke værelserne selvom kun var få meter til nærmeste Access point. Morgenmad og middagsmad var jævn kedelig med dårlig overblik fra køkkenet med hensyn til opfyldning af buffeten. Æg der skulle være blødkogte var hårdkogte, kaffemaskiner var underdimensioneret og skulle tømmes/påfyldes meget ofte, kødretter, kartofler og selv champignon formåede kokken at ødelægge. Fiskebuffeten, medmindre den var friturestegt, lugtede voldsomt af fisk. 3 ud af 4 spritflasker virkede ikke. Ved påtale af ovenstående var reaktionen et skuldertræk eller “det var jeg den første der påtalte”. Af positive ting var swimmingpool området og øvrige fællesområder. Samlet er der langtfra tale om et 4 stjernet hotel.

ザイフェンの木工細工を買いに家族で滞在。 今回で２回目の利用ですが、プールが新設されており、可動式の屋根のおかげで6月２週目、気温22℃程度でも全く問題なく利用できました。水深は1.2mと1.5mですが、浮き輪やビート板を持ち込めば小さな子供も利用できます。 お部屋は今回も２部屋がつながったComfort Quadruple Roomを予約しましたが、一方がシャワー、もう一方に浴槽が付いているので、子供たちは浴槽で体を温められました。 お部屋に湯沸かしポットが無いので、前回は1Fのバーでお湯をもらいましたが、今回はポットを持ち込みました。 小さいですが子供用のプレイルームもあります。 また来たいですね。

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Nur ein paar Fußminuten vom Seiffener Ortskern entfernt. Einzig und allein der Checkouttermin um 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag war für ein Hotel in einem Kurort etwas früh gewählt.

Gut hat uns gefallen: Ambiente Engagiertes Personal Ruhige Lage Spielzimmer für Kinder Nicht gut gefallen hat uns: Lautstarke Hochzeitsfeier bis tief in die Nacht Kosmetikbereich nicht ansprechend Kosmetikerin unterhält sich während der Behandlung und kennt die Wirkstoffe ihrer Produkte nicht ("Damit habe ich mich noch nie beschäftigt.") Einiges am Essen ( nur 2 Sorten Fertigaufbackbrötchen, Kartoffelstampf nicht frisch aus Kartoffeln sondern mutmaßlich Instantpulver, ...) Fazit: Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, wenn auch gefühlt eher 3 Sterne Hotel als 4 Sterne Hotel.

Die Wände waren sehr dünn zum Nachbarzimmer wo ein sehr lautes Kind bereits um 6 Uhr morgen rumschrie. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber es ist eben hellhörig.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Lage des Hotels, die Ortsmitte ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Einrichtungsstil des Zimmers war altbacken, das Bad allerdings moderner. Vom Frühstücksbuffett waren wir enttäuscht, reines Standardangebot (z.B. nur 2 Sorten Brötchen, keine Croissants), keine Besonderheiten, wir haben in anderen 3*- und 4*-Hotels schon wesentlich besser gefrühstückt.

Super Lage, schöne Landschaft und Aussicht,
Wir trafen uns mit Freunden dort und hatten Tage der Entspannung. Es war rundum alles ok. Hervorzuheben: das Personal ! Freundlich, flink und hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Die Zimmer sind modern und trotzdem gemütlich ausgestattet. Uns hat es gefallen.

Durchschnittlicher Hotelaufenthalt mit Hürden
Insgesamt ein durchschnittliches Hotelerlebnis mit ein paar Wermutstropfen. Gebucht hatten wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Bergblick, bekommen haben wir ein Standard-Zimmer mit Parkplatzblick. Das erdachte System zur Zimmerreinigung hatten wir offensichtlich nicht vollumfänglich verstanden. Es gibt grüne und rote Karten, die an der Rezeption eingeworfen werden müssen. An die Zimmertür stecken hilft nicht. Also gab's keine Zimmerreinigung, was nicht dramatisch ist und Toilettenpapier kann man sich eben auch an der Rezeption holen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, jedoch am Samstag um 9 Uhr schon recht ausgedünnt. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen am Rande von Seiffen und das Ortszentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
