Wie immer ein schöner Ort für einen Kurzurlaub.Das Hotel hat alles was man sich nur Wünschen kann. Auf der großzügigen Außenanlage befinden sich 2 Pools,ein Beachvolleyballfeld,einige Sportgeräte und der Clou….die 2 Fassaußensaunen mit Blick über das Erzgebirgische Tal.Das Personal ist super Freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch.Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hier her.Der perfekte Ort mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Im großen und ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Teilweise waren die Getränk zum Abendessen, die man selber zapfen kann,nicht immer verfügbar.

Urlaub für jedermann

Ob Wellness, Wandern oder Badeurlaub es ist einfach für jeden etwas dabei. Auch bei Schlechtwetter kann man Kegeln, Billard oder Tischtennis Spielen. Einzig das W-LAN auf dem Zimmer könnte besser sein, aber sonst gibt's echt nichts zu meckern.

Hotel Personal sehr nett,Unterkunft sauber.Abendbuffet und Frühstücksbuffet sollte nachgebessert werden.Vorallem das Frühstücksbuffet aufgebackene Brötchen hart wie Stein,Bäckerbrötchen wären echt toll gewesen.

Middelmådigt og skuffende hotel.

Middelmådig oplevelse. Der er ikke, som der står i værelsesbeskrivelsen, værdiboks på værelset og wifi dækker kun fællesområder og ikke værelserne selvom kun var få meter til nærmeste Access point. Morgenmad og middagsmad var jævn kedelig med dårlig overblik fra køkkenet med hensyn til opfyldning af buffeten. Æg der skulle være blødkogte var hårdkogte, kaffemaskiner var underdimensioneret og skulle tømmes/påfyldes meget ofte, kødretter, kartofler og selv champignon formåede kokken at ødelægge. Fiskebuffeten, medmindre den var friturestegt, lugtede voldsomt af fisk. 3 ud af 4 spritflasker virkede ikke. Ved påtale af ovenstående var reaktionen et skuldertræk eller “det var jeg den første der påtalte”. Af positive ting var swimmingpool området og øvrige fællesområder. Samlet er der langtfra tale om et 4 stjernet hotel.

ロケーション、プールが最高

ザイフェンの木工細工を買いに家族で滞在。 今回で２回目の利用ですが、プールが新設されており、可動式の屋根のおかげで6月２週目、気温22℃程度でも全く問題なく利用できました。水深は1.2mと1.5mですが、浮き輪やビート板を持ち込めば小さな子供も利用できます。 お部屋は今回も２部屋がつながったComfort Quadruple Roomを予約しましたが、一方がシャワー、もう一方に浴槽が付いているので、子供たちは浴槽で体を温められました。 お部屋に湯沸かしポットが無いので、前回は1Fのバーでお湯をもらいましたが、今回はポットを持ち込みました。 小さいですが子供用のプレイルームもあります。 また来たいですね。

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Nur ein paar Fußminuten vom Seiffener Ortskern entfernt. Einzig und allein der Checkouttermin um 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag war für ein Hotel in einem Kurort etwas früh gewählt.

Gut hat uns gefallen: Ambiente Engagiertes Personal Ruhige Lage Spielzimmer für Kinder Nicht gut gefallen hat uns: Lautstarke Hochzeitsfeier bis tief in die Nacht Kosmetikbereich nicht ansprechend Kosmetikerin unterhält sich während der Behandlung und kennt die Wirkstoffe ihrer Produkte nicht ("Damit habe ich mich noch nie beschäftigt.") Einiges am Essen ( nur 2 Sorten Fertigaufbackbrötchen, Kartoffelstampf nicht frisch aus Kartoffeln sondern mutmaßlich Instantpulver, ...) Fazit: Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, wenn auch gefühlt eher 3 Sterne Hotel als 4 Sterne Hotel.

Nicht zu spät anreisen

Solides Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Nicht abends zu spät anreisen, da sowohl Restaurant als auch Wellness früh geschlossen. Frühstück ist klasisch, ohne Überraschungen.

Die Wände waren sehr dünn zum Nachbarzimmer wo ein sehr lautes Kind bereits um 6 Uhr morgen rumschrie. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber es ist eben hellhörig.
