Lovely family owned property with the most attentive and friendly staff you could wish for. We’ve never stayed anywhere more accommodating. Super super helpful with suggestions on what to do, where to go, and how to get there. Highly recommend Villa Segetski Dvori.

Enttäuschend! Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt trist und unmodern – der Stil erinnert eher an das vorige Jahrhundert. Für die aufgerufenen Preise ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gegeben. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber insgesamt wenig einladend. Unser Zimmer lag direkt über dem Restaurant. Bis 1 Uhr nachts war es durch Gespräche und Musik so laut, dass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, wenn man gezielt ein ruhiges Hotel sucht. Am schwersten wiegt jedoch der unfreundliche Empfang. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit, wirkte gestresst und unnahbar – ein Verhalten, das in einem Dienstleistungsberuf fehl am Platz ist. Trotz meines VIP-Status bei Hotels.com mit versprochener Flasche Sekt wurde diese nur auf Nachfrage und mit spürbarer Widerwilligkeit bestätigt. Statt eines freundlichen Willkommens wurde ich gefragt, ob er die Flasche jetzt bringen solle – in einem Ton, der wenig Wertschätzung vermittelte. Angeblich war kein gekühlter Sekt verfügbar – in einem Restaurantbetrieb kaum glaubhaft. Insgesamt hat das Hotel in vielen Punkten nicht überzeugt. Für uns kommt ein erneuter Aufenthalt nicht infrage – besonders wegen der mangelnden Gastfreundschaft und der veralteten Ausstattung.

Hade inte så mycket förväntningar, men rummet var helt nyrenoverat med stor kyl, Nespresso maskin, och vinöppnare och allt annat man kunde tänka sig behöva. Rummet var stort modernt inrett men dom hade ändå lyckats behålla det gamla känslan i byggnaden. Restauranger hade supergod mat med inriktning på fisk och skaldjur som tillagades perfekt på grillen.
