Great Experience

Hotel is very clean and the service is always amazing. I have stayed several times. The price has definitely gotten more reasonable in the last few months. My only complaint would be that when we asked for two beds in each room, repeatedly, we still had to change rooms at two in the morning. I consider using different verbiage that Westerners are familiar with on your website. The option for two double beds is not obvious or even available!

Entering the olace it seems nice and clean. The woman who checked us in didn't seem to know her work so well. We had paid for dinner in advance, but ipon asking what was included she claimed obly breakfast until she had read through our booking. And that's ok if she at least had apologised for the misunderstanding. The floor of the room had a lot of dust, which they did clean upon requesting this. The aircondition was very good, but a little too noisy to use during night We had sandwhich and burger for lunch. They were very good. But had to wait 40+ mins for them. Dinner was somewhat a disappointment. The porkchops were dry and the fries soggy and not really warm. Breakfast wasn't a delight either. Nit much to choose from, and when things were running low the staff wasn't aware to refill. Also water wasn't served with breakfast, but you could get a bottle upon requesting, but this was charged extra. The facilities were decent, but not enough to change the overall rating. But again, the place looks really nice.
