"This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay! "

"Arrived quite late but was met with a very friendly welcome, was shown where everything was and allocated our room, popped Down to the bar which was good, prices ok, room was clean but we had a broken side table and no chair, comfy bed, bathroom was spotless. parking was good, breakfast was excellent and overall would definitely go back and would recommend. "Escaping to the country has never been more fun and magical. The resident robin and all his many friends keep you in that chilled mindset. The town of Rye was 10 mins by car and full of historical charm. It was even being used for filming while we visited. We walked from Rye to Camber sands along the cycle path and there are frequent buses back. "

"Good location for purpose of my stay. Very friendly staff. Needed to keep window open for air, traffic on street can be quite noisy. Could also hear people in other rooms/pub downstairs. Could not get Television to operate properly (sound but no picture)."
