Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel has a very good location and the property itself is quite nice. However, it could definitely be maintained better. The room was not completely clean, and there were occasional issues with the water supply. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but acceptable. On the positive side, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room had air conditioning, which was a big plus. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a few days.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Dit hotel zou beter "pasadilla" (nachtmerrie) heten. Ook expedia gaat hier niet vrijuit We moesten 2 x betalen, betaling expedia was niet ontvangen, en door gebrek aan internet konden we onze betaling niet bewijzen. Expedia had ook geen betalingsbewijs gestuurd (sorry, er is iets fout gegaan, sic). Onder belofte het geld terug te krijgen als we de betaling konden bewijzen, dus 2de maal betaald cash in soles. 2 uur later het bewijs ingediend, al betaald met visa. We gingen ons geld de volgende dag terugkrijgen want het was al op de rekening van de uitbater gezet, dan bij ons vertrek, uiteindelijk was het onze schuld dat we 2 maal betaald hadden. Op de dag van de checkout hebben we 6 uur gewacht tot we eindelijk een erg onvriendelijke zaakvoerder aan de lijn kregen, die zei ons niet terug te betalen tenzij hij de betaling van expedia zou ontvangen, die hij na een week nog niet gekregen zou hebben. We hebben klacht neergelegd bij de politie, waar we vernamen dat dit bij dit hotel zeer regelmatig voorkwam. Tot op vandaag hebben we ons geld niet terug. Bovendien was de kamer vochtig, met schimmel op het plafond (maar we hadden geen andere keuze, geen ander hotel beschikbaar en mijn partner was er voor het werk). Erg onvriendelijk personeel. Ook de kluis moest gerepareerd worden. propere lakens om de 3 dagen. Dit hotel verdient nul sterren. En tot op vandaag hebben we ons geld niet terug. En als toemaatje: dit hotel ontvangt ook gasten in een romantische kamer voor 4 uur ....
