Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Frühstückbuffet war Spitze für wenig Geld. Was ich nicht so toll fand, dass beim Buffet keinen Masken getragen wurden. Hier sollte, auch wenn in Sachsen keine pflicht, doch an die Vernunft appeliert werden und auf jeden Hotelgast rücksicht genommen werden.

Super super super!

wunderbares Hotel, wenn wir hier in der Gegend sind, kommen wir hier her. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind großzügig, der Service ist toll. Auch außerhalb der Saison ist das Frühstücksbuffet reichlich. Highlight ist der gemütliche, pieksaubere Spa Bereich! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hotel erinnert an Museum, überall Vitrinen mit zu kaufendem Schmuck etc., keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre, kein eigener Charme, auch nicht in den Zimmern. Lieblose Gestaltung und Einrichtung von "Themen-Zimmern"; schlechte, grelle Beleuchtung im ganzen Hotel (keine indirekte Beleuchtung), die zu Ungemütlichkeit führt; Wellnessbereich ist nett, aber sehr klein und nur von 16-20 Uhr unter Voranmeldung besuchbar, sodass ggf. überfüllt. Kein WLAN-Empfang mehr im Zimmer. Keine Minibar, keine Ablage in der Dusche. Das Hotel ist dafür sehr hundefreundlich und hat ein schönes Frühstück mit hauseigenen Artikel (Marmelade, frischer Kräutertee).

Hotel mit Flaire

Wir waren 2 Nächte vom 29.08. bis 31.August 2018 in diesem Hotel. Angefangen bei der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant gab es Nichts zu beanstanden. Die angebotenen Speise sowie die Getränke entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Mit anderen Worten: Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr zuempfehlen.

Sehr guter Service, herausragend freundlich, zuvorkommend, Personal nimmt sich Zeit. Die Küche am Abend ist hervorragend gut. Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, die Sauna mit fast 100 Grad mir persönlich zu heiss. Alles super sauber, gepflegt, nett gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist absolut ok, nur bei den Brötchen könnte man einen anderen Bäcker bemühen. Wir waren super zufrieden!!!

Nice place in an interesting town

Excellent location just at the corner of the main square. Everything in the hotel nice and functional, with some interesting details (corridor decorations on the first floor etc.). Excellent breakfast - EUR 5 extra but absolutely worth it, with big selection of hot and cold items, home-made jams including cucumber and lavender. The only issue was the lack of AC and also windows anti-moskito netting - we stayed there during a hot summer days and open windows meant flies in the room.
