"Ideal for a short break"

"Room was clean but dated. However I was bitten by bedbugs on the first night. Management had the room checked over and reckon that bed bugs were not detected. Checking a room in a couple of hours for bugs that had already had a good feed would not reveal anything. As a health care professional I was far from impressed. The bites were confirmed by my GP when I returned home. Erin in reception was amazing and supportive. Duty manager took some persuading to move me to a different room. Hallways...

"Great breakfast but a little limited. Ample parking, adequate room with great sized bed."

"The hotel was nice and modern in a convenient location. There is a pub n grill downstairs as well as a starbucks which i thought was very convenient for a good meal n some coffee. There’s also a gym with swimming n jacuzzi which however you have to pay to use despite being a paying hotel guest. My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned even when we put a sign outside our door asking for it to be tidied up. "Room carpet is really dirty"

"Very poor check in, took 30 minutes. Not enough people on reception. Wrong wrong key allocated! Great breakfast. Room very dated, poor quality pillows. Stained carpet. Stayed here many times, but no more. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Room was fine but TV quite big for the size of the room. Shower very small. Lovely decor and bar staff and waitress very helpful. Nice being able to use the sauna. Pool and hot tub not yet in use "
