"We drove down from Mn for dance comp at the convention center right near this hotel. Was conveniently located. Good value over the 4th holiday. Close drive to beach & other places. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean comfy rooms. Great atmosphere. Quiet rooms. I never heard any noises. I would Definitely stay again. So happy I decided to choose this hotel over a lesser by the beach. Thank you."

"The bathroom tub needed a good cleaning and there was sand all around the bed by the sliding glass door. The room service lady didn’t speak English and it made it hard to communicate our needs. And the free breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were mushy and the sausage paddy’s were like rubber and truly unbeatable."

"I am particular about staying in hotels. This hotel is practical, clean and the front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the Virginia Beach area. I’ve never stayed in a Red Roof Inn Plus and I didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back next year."

"I had to wait over 2 hours to check in, so I didn't get to enjoy a full stay. One elevator was broken and the other was excruciatingly slow. The hot tub, an advertised amenity, was broken. The room should have been much cheaper for the service we got."

"breakfast was solid, gym barely had anything only a treadmill and a bad multi use machine, pool was okay, room was solid too it’s just the room service only took trash out and did the beds instead of really cleaning. overall good stay for the price and the view was really nice"

"first off the parking is terrible you have to park in a lot that is open to the public for the beach, next the room smelled like smoke the property had trash all around it, the room needed updated , the room was dirty, and the there was hairballs and bugs in the corners. The area was atrocious and the maids only came upon request. if there would have been another hotel with a vacancy we would have left'."

"The motel was very clean, staff was great very friendly great location and 2 blocks from the beach. Close to great restaurant and not far from the fishing pier. The pool was clean. The only issue I ran across was the parking lot, but I guess that’s to be expected at the beach"

"The room had no air conditioning and it was dirty half eating food found in cabinet couldn’t stay there had to find another room and I’m on oxygen 24/7 so air was very important"

"I paid about 240, 210 for the room and 30 to check in earlier. When we got to the room it wasn't bad. But small things like the fridge looking broken and the water from the sink and the shower head weren't the best. The faucet dripped all night and the water from the shower sprayed everywhere along with a loose shower head. It wasn't worth 200 dollars in my opinion. 175 at the most."

"When we arrived i was surprised by being told i didn't’ have an assigned room until i arrived! And it was the last one! Next we were told we had to park across Atlantic Ave behind the stores in and open lot. To which there was no parking available! So then we were given a pass for a hotel next door and we were treated terrible! The room was dirty! The shower had hair all over it! Obviously the very young girl dis the bare minimum to get by! The ice makers didnt work either! The mini fridge...
