Had a wonderful stay in an oceanfront room with a balcony and fireplace. It was very clean and cozy. Loved everything about it. Had a nice separate bathroom area with deep soaking tub. Very relaxing and quiet while I stayed here. Far enough from town for quiet but still close enough to walk.

This property is situated in a quiet area away from traffic and construction noise. The property has on-site parking. Our room offered a queen size bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. We were lucky to have warm weather and beautiful sunsets during our 4-night stay the middle of September 2026. I could not believe how quiet the small refrigerator was during the night. Our 2nd floor balcony overlooked a broad expanse of sea grass-covered sand with paths leading to the ocean beach. The historic promenade below our balcony leads to downtown Seaside (about a 20-minute walk away).

The best part of the room was being able to leave the balcony door open all night. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. There are no real amenities and Noone onsite. Personally I would not stay in Seaside again. Very foggy most of the time. The room is dated and needs updated carpet and a room refresh.

Room appears to be ADA with the broken exterior ramp outside, and the walk-in shower inside. But the GIANT writing desk in the room blocks entry for even an able-body adult from the hallway and the bedroom connection. Too much furniture in that space! The door is also. It flush to the floor with a giant air& light gap bathe bottom right corner. Big enough for a mouse to get in, I’m sure. Otherwise. Clean, comfy bed & great location!
