Toilet wasn’t cleaned with 💩 stains still visible in the pan. Kettle wasn’t cleaned and even the tea spoon was not cleaned! Extracor fan not work and room quickly filled up with drainage smell even with toilet door shut. Window can’t be shut properly with excluders and bits of frame broken. The room door can’t be locked properly , it’s a cylindrical door knob with a round nib.

Very short walk to the beach and several food choices within east walking distance. Easy stay!

The property was very nice. The mattress was pretty well used on one side of the bed and the tv was too complicated to use, otherwise I was happy.

Highly recommended
Good location, convenient for beach, restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel access was straightforward. I’d be happy to stay here for future trips to Seaham.

Seamless check in check out great parking availability,1 minute walk to restaurants,my one and only gripe is that the mattress in the room I stayed in (no6)could do with upgrading other than that an overall great stay will definitely book again

What a wonderful location and a perfect room for a short stay. Clean tidy and good facilities, fantastic system with key pads and key presses means you don’t have to carry keys. Great when spending day on beach. Street parking. Loved this place!

Perfect short weekend away.
Clean and modern room. Easy to access as they send you codes to get in. Free on street parking. Easy walk to the beach by the high street and local restaurants and cafes. Bath was lovely and long!

Wow what a stay
Great road side parking right next to the hotel. Easy check in which with the kids was a bonus!! The room was beautifully decorated and the tea and coffee station in our room was much appreciated after such a long drive. The location to the sea front was superb and we really didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.

A little gem by the sea
Seaham is a mixed bag but this little place is ideally situated close to the sea front and some places to eat and drink. The room decor was great and the room lovely and warm.. I can’t fault the Comms to me before my arrival to advise how to get into the hotel & room.

The thermostat in the shower didn’t work so there was only scalding hot water. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

It was really nice however the television did not work properly. There was only 1 channel where it was clear picture, I think it had no signal.

Fantastic stay
Really fantastic stay - the location of No 16 is fabulous - a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches of Seaham, along with pubs, chip shops, and cafes. There is also a supermarket close by. The flat itself was fantastic - having a kitchenette was very convenient and helped me save a bit of money by eating in. The flat was super-clean. The shower was great - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. It was very quiet, and parking was convenient. I plan on coming back to Seaham and I will absolutely stay at No 16 again.

Nice room and good location
Very nice room, nicely stylish without being over the top. Check in very simple (unnamed so I always worry a little if there is a problem) intrusions are excellently written and very simple to follow. Will book here again next time I'm in the area.
