"I was surprised that a hotel in Ocean Shores wouldn’t have been nicer, but it wasn’t well maintained. The pool and hot tub looked awful because paint was peeling and not repaired. The linens were thin and everything was aged by a lot. The stay was adequate I suppose. The staff was great!"

"Hi, I wanted to write this review to let others know about the potential health hazard at this property so I had booked two separate rooms with two queen beds when we checked in and got into our room right away. I noticed that the beds were dirty sheets had stains on them and then when we took the covers off there were brown marks along with hair and who knows what else on the sheets and inside the bed so obviously they do not clean or wash their sheets. "The customer service here is top-notch. Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and genuinely welcoming. You won't run out of things to do. The resort includes a ton of great activities with your stay, including kayaking, access to BBQs, a game room, and beautiful walking trails. "It was super clean and shower and bed were A- to B+. Good value for the price. Insufficient towels until we asked for more. No trash recepticles outside so we left full bag outside Saturday noon and Sunday morning it was still there. Weekend breakfast was better than nothing. TV remote worked poorly. No channel guide. TV cable reception was poor. Unwatchable. We just wanted weather and local news but could not."

"This place is a zero star dump. The room smells like a wet dog. The facilities look to be 50 years old and out of maintenance. The whole place made us question our safety. This is not a place I would recommend or ever stay in again."

"We had a 1 bedroom cottage and it was perfect for 2 people. If 4 people were to stay in their 2 bedroom cottage, which happen to view, the 2 bedroom cottage appears to only have a 3/4 bath downstairs and only a wash bowl upstairs. Without having a second toilet upstairs, that could be an inconvience for 4 people. Otherwise, everything was very good."

"It was a cute house but the bathroom shower head had no type of pressure at all the water wouldn’t even come out of all the holes on the shower head. The water also had a very bad smell. The house didn’t seem like it was properly cleaned. It seemed like they went over the floor and changed the sheets. They also have a labeled “haunted microwave” that woke us up throughout the night by continuing to go off and beep. It was ok for us to stay the night but I won’t be returning."

"My spouse and I stayed Thursday-Sunday and we had such a nice time! We had our little kitchenette which was perfect for the two of us, nice table and chairs to sit and play games and a very cozy bed! We were about 5 minutes from the beach (accessible from a trail connecting to the hotel) so we made quite a few trips over to find sand dollars and rocks! "We have nothing bad to say about our stay here. They thought of everything...not a detail was left out. It was the most comfortable, cozy place to stay. There was enough room for all of us and the kids loved the ping pong. Communication was perfect and pricing was too. We have another getaway booked at this retreat in summer because we loved it so much. If you want the most relaxing stay....stay here!!!"
