"Room- not inspected properly: sink stopped up (we just arrived & mom washed her hands and water never drained) refrig not cold : had to use a coin (dime) to turn to cold: a/c not blowing cold air: maintenance arrived : use chemicals to unclog the sink (hair not ours- we have barber cuts) new refrigerator from another room ( mgmt said there were no rooms available) maintenance fixed the main blower: 1st morning breakfast : no food available- truck did not arrive yet- that's not good : last morning breakfast - no food available again: truth- refrig went out last week- disposed of everything - weekly order only - ? Did you replace what was disposed of: Answer- No: reason for no breakfast: Mgmt attempted to make everything right - including breakfast but no food available: This was a homecoming trip for my favorite "dad" - cousin- veteran and retired USPS 42 yrs: Mom & I usually stay at the HGI when we travel however this experience has definitely changed our minds: The hotel lobby A/C is on a timer- every morning lobby extremely warm I don't what time the lobby heats up but I do know around 9:30-9:45 the A/C starts blowing -"
