"Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!"

"We were there for 2 nights. We did not have a good meal at all. The first night I had the $48 steak and my husband had the risotto. I asked for medium and it was Cooked well done. My husband’s meal wasn’t cooked all the way. The rice was crunchy. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Once you get your food you never see them again. I didn’t feel comfortable complaining to them because they just looked unhappy. The next night we tried the burgers thinking you can’t mess that up to much. It...

"New Simmons Beautyrest beds with a pillow top are super cozy. Unbelievable location nearest Gualala River meets Pacific Ocean. Morning breakfast offered a wide variety of items and a fancy coffee single serve machine. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking."
