The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good! Unfortunately, we never had our room cleaned, which we could have asked for. There were towels in the hallway as well as toilet paper if you need it. There were no signs saying when or why they would not clean rooms.

The palace was really nice. The breakfasts were outstanding!!! The room we had was large with plenty of space. Parking was at a premium on the weekend, but ok during the week. The exercise room needed help. There were 4 dumbells all different weights. You really need matching pairs. There is no water or towels in the room and it is really warm in there. Fortunately, there was a fan. The bar was nice and the parlor is stunning! My wife and I liked the igloos to enjoy a drink. We found a nice restaurant in Scuol which we visited twice in 3 nights.

Great location, with spectacular surroundings and a beautiful view from the balcony The staff were very helpful and we got a voucher for a free ride at nearby cablecar. We could easily have spend some more days at this hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. We stayed in a suite with the whole family, and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the queen bed was very comfortable. We also found the saunas and jacuzzi very clean, with no set schedule or need for reservations, which was appreciated. It’s a shame the pool wasn’t open. The breakfast buffet was quite complete. The WiFi could improve much more, we had no WiFi in our suite and neither Smart TV, just a couple of channels despite the TV was huge and modern.

Das Hotel ist ein historisches Grandhotel, welches lange Zeit brach lag. Es ist jetzt (2025) im Aufbau begriffen und kann (noch) nicht verglichen werden mit Vollhotels bzgl. angebotener facilities und services, hat aber ein interessantes, anderes Konzept, großartige Räume und Riesenpotential zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Meine Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Das ehemalige Grandhotel wurde teilweise liebevoll renoviert und liegt ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes aber mit herrlicher Gartenanlage am Fluss. Mein Zimmer war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und hatte eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat alles getan, dass ich mich wohl gefühlt habe.
