Front desk staff was very nice, accommodating, and funny. This was probably one of my easiest check ins using Expedia. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work in my room, so I had to use it in the hallway.

Good value clean-ok location but a two-star hotel

This is a two-star value hotel. Our room was clean, AC (It was HOT), TV, shower, bed, door locks - everything worked. However, The manager and staff were very helpful with instructions and local recommendations. The Castle is a bit rundown. No working pool, wi-fi dicey (I found it worked if I walked down the hall). dated interior/exterior. A good location, good value, helpful staff, a good choice for a traveler needing an inexpensive but clean accommodation, with few amenities. I'd stay there again in the future

Ok for a Road Trip

Typical roadside motel. Rooms say "non-smoking" and mine didn't smell but lobby and corridors have strong smoke smell. New floor in main part of room. Smoke detector was missing. Good water pressure in shower. Comfortable bed. Good for a sleep-is-all-I-need stopover.

Great value! No pool, no hot tub and no workout facility. I never use those and don’t feel like paying for them. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. I was there on a Sunday and it was very quiet. Lobby smelled of nicotine but not overpowering. Room and hallways did not. I will stay here everytime I am in Scottsbluff!

It was perfect for our needs. Price was super reasonable and we didn't need all the extras like a pool and exercise room. Just a decent bed, clean and neat. There was a USB plug on the lamp, brand new larger than normal Fridge and separate freezer. Microwave, coffee machine and a toaster oven. Shower was easy to use and had a water saver shower head. No complimentary breakfast but plenty of nearby places to eat. Newer owner and renovation.

The cleaning crew could work a little harder on the dust but it was clean enough for me! The bed was comfortable which is vital. The A/C ran and kept us cool and comfy. The shower had great water pressure and the lady at the front desk was so sweet!
