"The hotel, location, size , professional staff, all made our stay fantastic. The pizza at the pool bar was the best we had all over Italy! My only negative was the price of wines by the glass, and it seemed that unless you specify a particular price range (which I learned quickly to do) they poured a very pricey option, $25-30/glass!"

"This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional.
