Lovely Stay

Lovely place to stay - shame I arrived late and had to leave early. Great service, lovely breakfast. biggest downside was the car parking - I arrived too late and the car park was full (not the hotels problem) but the on street parking would only allow me to book for 1 hour at a time from 6am... very annoying!

Great hotel in old town square, walkable to everywhere. Super friendly staff. Hotel private parking is across the street, which makes it ideal. Room was spacious for being an older hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

no air-condition makes this a horrible stay during the hot summer. And the parking available costs almost as much as the room so I would NOT recommend this to those that have a car.

Hotel was closed upon arrival (11pm) and despite being promised a "night" check in, nobody was available at the hotel nor via the 24/7 phone number provided at reception. We tried to reach someone for an hour and were then forced to book another hotel across the street. What's worse, the hotel did not offer a refund for the missed night. Unacceptable.

No cleaning during stay, and church Bells.

Beware of churchbells that chime at 6.30. This was not a problem for me, and for me just part of staying in the center of a charming old city. I only stayed one night, but had a team staying there 2 weeks. And during this time, no one cleaned their room, even once. Even after they mentioned it. One person also did not get any towels in his room, for 2 days, even after he mentioned it. Breakfeast was okay. Scrambled eggs looked like they were made in a cast Iron pan, which made them look burned. And the bacon was chewey. Will not come back.

Schönes Hotel in historischen Gemäuern. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt Leider ist der Frühstücksraum etwas zu dunkel gehalten etwas mehr Licht gäbe dem Raum die richtige Wirkung. Hotel hat eine gute Innenstadtlage

Das Hotel ist von außen wunderschön. Parken ist problemlos gegen 8,50€ die Nacht wenige Meter entfernt möglich. Die Zimmer sind stark im die Jahre gekommen. Unser Laken hatte direkt einen sehr großen Fleck. Es wurde aber anstandslos ausgetauscht. Die Türen gehen mit klassischen Schlüsseln und der Türeingang ist sehr schmal, da die Türe nicht ganz öffnet. Man braucht hier passende Maße. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Raum war recht dunkel aber die Auswahl war ausreichend. Für mich passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht ganz. Da habe ich für diesen Preis in anderen Hotels geschlafen.

Bezgl. Sauberkeit haben wir keine Kritik. Das Hotel erscheint sanierunsbedürftig. Wir waren im 4. Stock, die Fenster waren mit Riegeln versehen, wie man sie vielleicht in den 50er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts verwendet hat. 1 Fenster von 2 ließ sich nicht öffnen. Nachts war es trotz bewölktem Wetter und Regen sehr schwül, eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Auch gab es im Hotel und der näheren Umgebung keine Möglichkeit unser E-Auto zu laden.

Empfehlung für alle.

War schön, perfekt für eine Nacht. Frühstück hat uns gefallen, auch wenn es keinen Speck gab, was dem Ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt hätte. Es war sehr heiß an dem Tag, weshalb die Bettdecke nur ein Laken war. Passte aber für uns. Teile der Einrichtung sollten mal wieder erneuert werden, das Zimmer war jedoch in gutem Zustand. Abgesehen vom Fernseher, aber den beauchten wir nicht.

Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential

2 (2Pers.) Ubernachtungen für beruflichen Aufenthalt. Bereits im vergangenen Jahr schon mal dort übernachtet. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre augenscheinlich schon vor längerer Zeit überschritten u. zehrt "nur" noch von seiner guten Stadtlage. Auch furs Reinigungspersonal gut sichtbare Spinnweben überm Bett - wurden nicht entfernt . 1 Mülleimer (Bad) entging der Lehrung. Zimmerboden mutmasslich nicht gründlich gereinigt, da entsprechende Spuren vom Morgen auch Abends noch vorhanden waren. Wurde bei Abreise dann auch entsprechend reklamiert ! Fernseher am 1. Abend komplett "tot" - Reklamation am Morgen. Abends Fernbedienung scheins mit frischen Batterien, Fernseher weiterhin "tot". Erneute Reklamation, dann wurde umständlich doch noch durch Geräteaustausch fur Abhilfe gesorgt. Leider dann beim neuen Gerät nur sehr eingeschränkte Programmauswahl ( z. B. RTL nicht vorhanden). Frühstücksbufett konnte nicht durch Frische, Auswahl u. Qualität überzeugen, für mich / uns nur mehr dürftiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wie bereits beim letzten Aufenthalt, gabs schwarzen Tee wieder nur auf gezielte Nachfrage beim Personal u. nicht im vorhandenen Teesortiment. Weitere Aufzâhlungen/Ausführungen erspare ich mir hier. Pers..Fazit: beim nächsten SHA Aufenthalt nicht mehr auf meiner (u. auch anderer Mitarbeiter) Such-/Buchungsliste, da TripInn - Hotels (heuer auch in Göttingen !) mutmasslich mit notwendigen Investments (Ausstattung, Qualitat, Personal) "zurückhaltend" umgeht.

Mittelalterliches Gebäude, Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen. Den Aufzug würde ich nicht mehr benutzen wollen! Was gar nicht geht, draußen minus Grade und ich wollte morgens duschen doch es kam nur kaltes Wasser. Hat mir den Tag versaut.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Das Spa war sehr gut aufgewärmt, Der Aufpreis hierfür ist 10 Eur pro Person. Das Frühstück ist mittel, wir würden es beim nächsten Besuch allerdings außerhalb des Hauses einnehmen, zum Beispiel im Café Auszeit.

Neues Personal und gleich eine ganz andere Erfahrung als früher. Das Haus ist ansprechend und sehr gut gelegen. Personal freundlich und fürs späte Einchecken nach 2200 Uhr stehen Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Angeschlossenes indisches Restaurant mit sehr schmackhaftem Essen.
