"A few concerns that I had during my stay: - When we arrived the snack package that we ordered was not in our room. When brought, it was missing many of the items that were supposed to come in it. - The first night, our bartender was not very friendly and spent a lot of time talking to one guest. They seemed bothered when they had to stop talking to that guest to help someone else. - The first morning, an alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning and again at 6:30. We did not set the alarm and that woke us up. There was also an alarm going off in the room next to us for a long time until we called the front desk. I set the alarm to not go off the next morning, and it still went off at early times that we did not set."

"Room was ok but missing the frig that was shown in the photos. Well lit at night but still didnt feel safe outdoors with kids loitering and partying in the parking area. They're making a lot of improvements to the property!!! Super comfortable bed!! Nice shower, very small bathroom. "

"The rooms were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the games, such as billards, to relax paired with a great selection of drinks from the bar. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating to anything we needed. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Columbus."
