This is my 3rd time staying here! Each stay has been great for our concerts at nationwide arena right outside. Hotel is clean, updated, staff is helpful, & the bar/restaurant is wonderful! However, the last time we stayed recently, I booked the Deluxe king bed suite & was told at check in that I had to settle for 2 queen beds because they ran out of king beds. I have always raved about this hotel but that was a a bit disappointing. Overall, great place to stay if you are going to an event nearby.

The staff was excellent - very friendly. The lobby was great. The exercise room was nice. The location was good. However, the 7th floor hallway carpet needed to be replaced years ago. My individual room smelled like the maids had used a moldy rag to clean the bathroom before I checked in. The room had a foul smell the entire 4-day stay. The maid-service was bad: (1) failed to service my room despite requesting service from a maid on my floor and talking to the maid-service coordinator on the phone; and (2) the maids left trash bags and dirty linens in the hallway.

I didn't like that there was not nicer couches in the lofts and no plane to put your luggage other than one small closet… they have more desks and dressers at a Hampden Inn. Food was much better than the Hyatt across the street! Food was fabulous!

This hotel was great! The restaurant food was delicious! I really liked having to use your key card to get up the elevator, they make sure people thst dont stay there are not wondering the floors. It doesnt get dark till around 9pm and the room shades made sure the room was dark and made it easy for us to sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting ohio.

The overall is expierence staying at this property was okay. The room itself was nice and clean. However, our experience when we arrived was not the best with the front desk. They gave us the incorrect room and when we came back down to let them know they sent us to the correct room, but failed to program our card. We had to come back down a 2nd time to get the car programmed. The front desk girl made it seem like it was our fault. In the morning I noticed they were not only holding the deposit, but also the total amount. Mind you I had already paid the full amount on Expedia. I let the morning staff know and the gentleman handled it more efficiently and kindly than the lady did the day prior. I honestly would not stay here again due to all the hiccups.
