I did not like he servuce in the breakfast. On Saturday 25.02 the hotel was full and there is only one coffee machine and it was defect. Also there was no many options in the breakfast menu. The workers were very helpful and nice.

Pænt og rent

Hotellet er slidt, men det ser ud til man er påbegyndt en renovering - men der er RENT, kæmpe ros til rengøringspersonalet, så pyt det er slidt, når bare det er rent. Vi boede i et af de små huse/lejligheder, og ja de kunne da godt bruge en make over, men der var rent. Pool/spa området er ganske fint og igen rent. Et sted vi sikkert kommer til at besøge igen på gennemrejse.

Ein zauberhafter Jahresabschluss

Wir waren am 31.12.2023 bis zum 01.01. zum Silvesterbankett im Karma Bavaria. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolles Personal, trotz großer Silvesterveranstaltung keine Anzeichen von Hektik o.ä. Alles lief Super professionell. Sektempfang vor dem Essen, ein ausgefallenes Menü, eine interessante Zaubershow, Feuerwerk auf der Terrasse mit Champagner und am Neujahrsmorgen wurde ein außergewöhnlich leckeres Frühstücksbüffet serviert. Wir sind sehr dankbar, auch, dass wir eines der renovierten Zimmer bekommen haben. Im Vergleich zu 2017 eine enorme Steigerung.

Das Hotel ist in Summe ok, Personal sehr nett. Die „Classic Zimmer“ sind sauber gehalten aber allerdings so dermaßen alt, dass es absolut unangemessen ist dafür einen Preis >100€ aufzurufen. Unsere hatten nichtmal genug Vorhänge um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln

Hotel im notwendigen Wandel...

Der Checkin lief ohne Begrüßung ab, sehr ungewöhnlich. Das Zimmer war älteren Datums, wohl 80er Jahre. Vorhänge hatten nicht mehr alle Halterungen, was trotz Hinweis nicht behoben wurde. Das selbe gilt für die Dusche. Die war fast komplett verkalkt. Da musste man selbst Hand anlegen. Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie ungewöhnlich. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt. Die Angestellten, außer beim Checkin, mehr als freundlich. Spa Bereich war sauber, jedoch auch hier in Details Renovierungsbedürftig. Wie gesagt für diese Kategorie viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht passen. Offensichtlich gibt es bereits renovierte Zimmer und Flure.

Leider ist die Qualität des Essens sehr schlecht. Angebotene Speisen wurden gar nicht angeboten. Die Serviceleiterin hst laufend Yihr eigenes Personal beleitigt. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön. Es musste eine Umbunchung erfolgen, dies war mein Fehler. Allerdings war der Hotel com Mitarbeiter für mich sehr unseriös. Er hat behauptet es sei nur rin Zimmer um Eur 400 zum buchen möglich. Ich konnte natürlich selbst feststellen, das dies eine Lüge war. Die nächste Bestätigung im Hotel es war niemals voll belegt. Da muss man sich schon Gedanken machen als guter Kunde ob man hier noch richtig liegt. Es sollte ein fairer Partner sein. Auch wurde eine Bewertung einer Buchung total ignoriert, obwohl alles schief gelaufen ist. Tripatveiser hst es ernst genommen. Bin gespannt ob es eine Redaktion von Hotel com gibt.

Die Anlage ist etwas "alt", die Zimmereinrichtung ebenso, alles etwas abgewohnt. Das Bad ist auch alt. Wir hatten dieses Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht und waren vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr enttäuscht. Frühstück gab es nur gegen 25 Euro Aufpreis pro Person. Abendessen musste reserviert werden, obwohl nicht viele Leute im Restaurant waren. Wir kamen wegen Stau spät an und sind dann in ein Restaurant in der Nähe gegangen zum Abendessen.

Das Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse. Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, Koffer und Schuhe. Kochnische bestand aus einer Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, 4 Teelöffel, 4 Gläser und 4 Tassen. Eine Herdplatte und etwas Küchenutensilien wären gut gewesen bei 4 Sternen. Aber wir waren zum Glück vorbereitet. Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht besonders modern aber absolut funktional und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings fehlte auch nach Nachfrage die Info, was ein Menü im Haus nun genau kostet. Ohne Preisauskunft haben wir dann vorgezogen auswärts in den Restaurants zu speisen. Am Abreisetag kam dann die Info, dass es immer 35€ wären. Das Kalkül kann ja das Haus nun selbst machen, was ihnen 3 Personen in 7 Tagen eingebracht hätte.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Zuerst muss ich erwähnen, mein Freund und ich haben wirklich keine hohen Ansprüche. Die Sauberkeit, Betten und Frühstück müssen jedoch einfach passen. Zu diesem Hotel können wir nur sagen: Nie wieder!!! Mit einem 4 Sterne Hotel hat das hier einfach nichts zu tun. Die Sauberkeit hat zwar alles in allem gepasst, jedoch hatten wir total durchgelegene Matratzen und haben dementsprechend geschlafen.. sehr schlecht und mit Rückenschmerzen am darauffolgenden Tag. Die Rezeption hat sich an unserer Beschwerde überhaupt nicht weiter abgetan. Beim Frühstück wurde eine Käseplatte serviert, die aussah, als hätte man sie schon drei Tage draußen liegen gehabt. Der Orangensaft, sowie der servierte Maracuja-Joghurt haben wirklich richtig, richtig billig geschmeckt und der Obstsalat war auch schon komplett braun angelaufen. Die Semmeln waren hart und trocken. Gut zum Zähneausbeißen. Der Pool im Spa-Bereich war ziemlich kalt, zum Schwimmen gut, aber nichts zum Entspannen. Dieses Hotel ist pro Nacht viel zu teuer und war eine absolute Enttäuschung für uns. Alles in allem hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir uns in einem -höchstens, wenn überhaupt- 3 Sterne Hotel aufgehalten hatten. Dieser Laden ist eine Frechheit.

Zimmer war nicht das neuste, aber super sauber! Personal war sehr nett und Frühstück war top!

Wir waren zufrieden. Gute Zimmer, wenn auch Ausblick mäßig auf Vordach (dahinter Wiese) und vormittags viel Krach (Mülltonnen, Rasenmähen). Kein Safe. TV okay. Personal sehr bemüht, insbesondere beim Frühstück, an der Rezeption manchmal Wartezeiten. Poolbereich hübsch mit kleiner Außenterrasse. Ausreichend Parkplätze. 15 min zu Fuß in den Ort, 20 min zum Strandbad.
