This was the first time at this hotel and we went in open minded since it’s a new hotel. The price was right and in a safe neighborhood. Upon arrival we were greeted and went right to the room. Our room had a funny smell as we walked in so we cranked up the air conditioner and solved the issue. The room was clean, bright and very basic. Our bed was decent and the room was very quiet with the exception of the upstairs room guests being heavy footed. THE GOOD…. Location, price, cold A/C, hot shower, clean, quiet and management were hands on. THE WHAT… weird smells (probably from being new and people cooking various dishes in the rooms). Basic hotel with very little personality. I would’ve given a five star rating but a guest in our room had a problem with the awkward smell. I will most likely stay again and would recommend you give it a try.

Overall, the experience has been very satisfying. Some of the guests are staying there long-term, and not always the most hospitable. The staff is always very helpful and greet me by my name as I am a weekly guest at the hotel the room is always incredibly clean I wish that they would have plastic cups better shades overall a positive experience.

It was a clean, comfortable room within an extended stay layout. Property appears new. Amenities and furnishings were just sitting hat you'd need for a simple night's rest. The kitchen area was a nice touch with a breakfast bar and seats. The room is plain but layer out well. It is a "Keep it Simple", No frills place that works perfect. Not the Ritz and not the Motel 6. The price was excellent for the area and a surprise when I got to the property. I used to travel extensively so I've stayed at all kinds. Mid range with a larger kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

Very nice stay. Very clean room. Very helpful staff. Beautiful laundry facilities. Only issue is vending machine is a complete ripoff and does not show prices. Some items are crazy expensive like 6 dollar popcorn. Don’t use debit or credit card on vending it’s a huge rip off.

The property is very nice the rooms have everything but you need to takes pots and pans and 2 sets of utensils available. They clean every 2 weeks. You want towels need to take used once down and they give you the same back if available. Laundry room nice price not posted or available to find out until you pay with the credit card. In front of the hotel is an open mall with Walmart,Red Robins,Texas Roadhouse ect. The staff not always aware of what to do but able to find out. Also you need to take the trash out to the dumpster. The place is clean and very quiet. I will stay again but will take what I need with me.

This place seems brand new! The room was very nice. The kitchen was very nice and I got to pop some popcorn! Was allowed to bring our dog Hazel and it was just $10 extra ! Just hope people don't reck that deal for others. The only reason I gave 4 stars was our room was right near man entrance on the first floor and every time people went in and out we could hear the door slam!! Would definitely go again!

My room was very clean and the staff were helpful and extremely nice. I loved having a laundry room onsite so I could wash my laundry throughout the week that I was there. My only request is that housekeeping tend to the rooms either daily or every other day and do routine trash pickups.
