They said elevator not working and had to carry suitcases up and down to second floor (which is really 3rd) with no help available, but saw staff using elevator. This is a hidden gem. The historic property has been beautifully restored, has all the facilities anyone could want and the staff are super attentive and qualified. The buffet lunch is not the greatest, but it's good value for the money they charge for it.
