"The apartment is in a great location. The apartments are not lettered. There’s no front desk. So, you don’t have any way to know which one is yours. I messaged the host with questions about check in and never heard back. The apartments on the main level do not have outdoor space that is featured in the pictures. The door opens into a parking space that was occupied by a giant truck. Only small windows so very little natural light. The front door is not very sturdy. But, has about 7 locks on...

"10/10 — Incredible beachfront boutique hotel Maramara Playa was the highlight of our trip to Sayulita. The hotel is literally right on the sand, and our room had floor-to-ceiling windows plus a big private balcony overlooking the beach and sunset - absolutely beautiful. The design is new, modern, and very comfortable. Staff communication was excellent, and their custom town guide was super helpful. "Rooms felt expensive for what they actually are in comparison to other rooms we’ve had in Mexico of equal price. However, the boutique had beautiful style, lovely pool, attentive staff (besides one girl who stared too long while you ate), delicious restaurant (would eat here again multiple times over) Nice to have a private beach. Awesome sauna and cold plunge. "

"I Had issues with the code to access the room and we had to call the person because they don’t have from this or person. They can’t help you Right Away. They don’t tell that they don’t have parking You Have To Look For It Around, The Town, I Left To Pillows in The Room, and I told him that I’m going to come back for them and they never call me back for sure. I’m not going to use this place Again, I’m not Happy With my Stay."
