Great location close to beach, town centre and bus terminal. Pool was great and property is clean. Lots of noise (cars and motorcycles) from the street so maybe a room at the back would be best.

We love this hotel & it's charm! Rene & staff are super friendly, helpful, accommodating & just all around fantastic! We stayed here the the Sand & Strings Music Festival & could not be happier with the whole experience! Didn't know we would be so close to the venue but far enough that it wasn't too loud. Love this hotel, the rooftop pool,bar, sunsets, room! Everything was perfect! Can't wait to come back!!

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool upstairs was so lovely. Room was so spacious with a large shower and cute balcony. The hotel itself is so clean, always someone cleaning and tidying up spaces. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a 5-10 minute walk you are downtown or at the beach. Loved this hotel. Such an enjoyable time in a small surf town! This is an amazing boutique style hotel. The pool was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful . Great location- close enough to everything, yet quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was beautiful, beds were comfortable, shower was great, pool and bar area was wonderful. Great service. Area was quiet and safe yet only a few blocks from the beach and the main square. Highly recommended.

This place was modern and the rooms were big. The design of everything was thoughtful and well executed. It was ECO friendly and the staff were very helpful. Coffee was in the hallway. (Less waste.). I’m a tea drinker so I had to go down one floor to get hot water. That was my only hiccup but that didn’t bother me cause I like the place so much. We felt safe here. The roof top pool was small but it was nice up there with space for yoga or cocktails at the staffed bar or whatever.

Ximena Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in the north end of town. Literally, a five minute walk from everything but much quieter. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are equipped with nice linens, towels, robes, and a mini fridge. There is coffee and a microwave on each floor. Beds are very comfortable, and the balconies are a bonus. There is also an amazing rooftop pool and bar which was a perfect place to spend downtime. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all good. They were very helpful. Rene was great. He was always willing to answer questions or help in any way. He arranged a golf cart rental for us and had it delivered to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is so beautiful! The aesthetic was modern but also fitting for the location. Everything about it was peaceful from the moment we walked into the lobby. The rooftop pool and bar was the perfect place to unwind and take in the views when we arrived. The bartender made some amazingly delicious drinks, she even cut up a fresh passion fruit for our margaritas! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was in a convenient location between the downtown night life and the beach. Each just a short walk away. We are so glad we stayed here on our first trip to Mexico. We highly recommend it!

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and very modern. No staff available when attempting to checkin. Had to leave the hotel and call to let them know we’re were trying to checkin. Also no staff available at the pool. Walking distance to beach, but beach was very dirty and unable to swim in. Walking distance to center of town with lots of places to eat along the way.

Nice modern design, a calm base in a vibrant town.

We wanted to mix luxury resorts in Puerta Vallarta with a bit more relaxed vibes in Sayulita. Not only through a day visit but for a few nights. Based on good reviews and a nice price offer from Hotels.com we opted for Ximena. It lived up to all expectations. Good location on walking distance from the beaches. Very nice staff and with good command of English. Clean and modern rooms with good AC and a little fridge. Roof top pool is not big but not the smallest we’ve seen either. We were almost the only guests using it and then the size was no issue at all. Towels provided for the pool. And a big plus, towels for the beach was also provided by the hotel!! No meal service at the hotel, but no problem to find breakfast close by. If looking for good morning cappuccino there is a nice place a few blocks down the road, same side as the hotel across from the big sports bar and next to the veterinary. We mixed very relaxed dinners on no name places with a more fancy option at Don Pedros, well worth a few extra pesos. Uber from the airport to Ximena cost us MXP 890. No problem to find uber for the return to PV.

We had a great stay at Ximena. The hotel is modern with great amenities. The staff was always available and helpful. The hotel is located only a few blocks away from all the restaurants, shops and the beach. The hotel is quiet (except for a few roosters in the morning ;-) ).
