Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful vacation and thanks to Abrar Palace and Jungle camps for adding stars to it. The ambience of this place gives you the feeling that you are living in Jungle , surrounded by so many different types of trees and greenery.I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr Rohit Singh and Mr Laiq who had been very helpful and very co-operative for the entire trip. I would recommend this place if you are planning for a trip to Ranthambore.

Ranthambhore

The room was comfortable with space heater, refrigerator, kettle. No wi-fi in the room and only in the reception area. We got a lot of mixed messages about the safaris and communication around pricing and expectations could improve. They did provide blankets to take in the gypsy or canter. Meals were served buffet style - many starch (rice, noodle, bread) options, one non-veg option, one dessert. A small improvement that could make a big difference is to make toast as it's requested. Making it in advance and having it stacked one each other results in cold, soggy bread.

we stayed in the tent swhich were very clean

Had a great stay here . the staff were all lovely , even texting us to check when we would arrive The rooms/tents were cleana nd comfortvale and teh food was some of teh best we had in India We LOVED it

Look for better accommodation

Rooms are very basic. Window A/c is fixed on the wall at a height and remote control was missing.Bath room had only a bathtub and the shower curtain was of insufficient length. The geyser did not have capacity to provide hot water requirements of even one occupant. The food was very average. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the lush green and sprawling property on which it was located. We were not allowed to stay even half an hour beyond the check out time of 11 hrs, considering the fact the safari was over only at 10.30 and the breakfast thereafter.

NOT AT ALL PLEASANT STAY!!!!!!

The website & photographs are very excellent compare to actual experience. Compare to Cost very much disappoint by the behavior of Staff & Attitude of Staff. Food quantity & quality are 2 Star Category, Very few Items in Buffet Spread. Room service is horrible. Staff is not at all cooperative. Overall very much disappoint by the Service & quality of Hotel. There are lots of other options available at Ranthambore. The Resort staff take undue advantage of Safari Booking. The actual charge for Jeep Safari RS 2500 for Jeep plus Rs 250 for Entry Ticket per person, Overall if a family of 5 Travel in private jeep the charge per person should be RS 750 Per person max, while Resort staff charge RS 1450 per person which is very very unethical.

Cela pourrait être tellement mieux

Nous avons passé deux nuits sous une tente de luxe. Ne pensez pas à faire la grasse matinée en raison du bruit. Cela tombe bien, il faut se lever à 5h45 pour partir en safari. De nombreux détails pourraient être améliorés pour faire de cet établissement un lieu de charme.

Hotel recomendable, tiendas excelentes

The manager was very kind and helpfull. He helped us in every way. He was allways ready to assist in any problem or request. I recomend the tents very much. The hotel is very pleasant! El hotel es muy agradable. Nosotros usamos las tiendas de lujo y son muy bonitas y muy agradables, haciendo buen tiempo. La ropa nos la lavaron estupendamente. Los desayunos y las comidas están muy bien. Solo tuvimos problemas con wi-fi que no funcionaba en ninguna parte, salvo en la oficina del hotel. El encargado del hotel, nos atendió a las mil maravillas y nos reservó todos los safaris y excursiones que le solicitamos. Nos ayudó en todo a las mil maravillas.

Die Wahrheit sieht anders aus

Die Realität hat mit den Fotos im Internet überhaupt nichts gemein. Die Anlage ist völlig herunter gekommen. Der Pool verschmutzt, es gibt kein Restaurant, die Zimmer haben lange keine Gäste gesehen. Das Personal - naja, passend. Wir sind sofort abgereist.

Reasonable for a 1 night stay

OK hotel, suitable for a one night stay. Inoffensive, in a fairly good location and in a nice setting. Bedrooms were of a good size and we were upgraded on arrival. Bathroom leaves a little bit more to be desired in terms of cleanliness and also the hot water takes 10 minutes to work. No major complaints, it's not the best hotel, but not the worst and for the price paid I was fairly happy.

Perfect rejuvenation place in perfect price

Very happy and still lost in this awesome property , perfect luxurious stay , great food , staff was very courteous and attentive . Surroundings to have a candle ligt night walks was very beautiful .plantations walks were great .Would always recommend to stay here .Keep it up !!!

Abrar Wildlife Resort - Dreadful and dangerous

We stayed at this hotel during April for 4 nights and would have checked out a lot earlier if I hadn't become ill 24 hours after arriving. The hotel website advises it is child friendly, however the pool was dirty, open and live electrical wiring everywhere, rubbish scattered under the stairwells, stagnant water leaking for a pipe outside our room, rats, mice and cockroaches in the restaurant and the cockroaches crawling over the serving utensils. Most of the staff are either rude or don't care, there was no menu when we requested one and I just can't believe this resort advertises as a 4 star facility. Not one other guest was happy and we found out there had been no manager for 3 years, the current one in his role just 11 days and fighting an uphill battle. We wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone and bitterly regret booking it.

A generally nice place

A nice hotel set in large grounds. Staff tried really hard and were very helpful

Nice hotel and good hotel food

A small wild life resort and good for tiger safari. Service is good and good arrangement to suit customer's tiger safari e.g. Morning tea before safari trip and breakfast after morning trip. Restaurant food is good and the service is excellent. Room is clean and tidy except the water in the bathroom cannot be drained immediately with the problem of the bathroom design. Thus, the whole bathroom will be filled with water after taking a bath. Also, the reception service can be improved with speedy response to customer request. That will be perfect!

bad and disappointing experience.

My experience for this hotel is very disappointing. First I reached the hotel at 11.45 AM, but i could get the Rooms only at 1.15PM, whereas the check in time was 12 noon. One rooms had no sun light. There was no maintenance in the rooms. The bath room was very shabby, and the hot water was coming out very slow. We could not shower as no hot water was there. i expected good pressurized water in the shower, as is common in this category of hotel. Food was just OK, and lack the variety. Over-all the experience was bad, i do not recommend this hotel to anybody looking for comfort. It appeared to be family run hotel.

Very over priced and lots of promises

I guess I should have realized this was not going to be as advertized when they attempted to give us a standard room when we had paid for their best room. One look and I knew this was not the room in the pictures. It just continued downward when I asked for the WIFI passcode and was told it was temporarily down for 10 days. It turns out they do have a weak signal when you sit outside their back office. The first night I found sand in our bed. It seems they did not change the sheets? I still am dumbfounded by this one. I booked our safari which they were pushing hard. Highly overpriced. Oh well. We needed to go to town and I asked them to call our auto (put put) driver who charged us a nominal amount but they insisted they had a car (which they made sound like it was a hotel car and free). This stunt costs us a lot extra for a ride to town and back. Our water was turned off at night and the electricity went out daily. The final straw was the TV reception. Every day the cable would go out and only come back on when I got upset. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Good Hotel

Nice hotel in a good location to Ranthambhore national park, we were the only guest satying here for a few days so got great service, the food was good and the staff were very helpful
