The room was cleaned in a rush since it wasn't prepared beforehand, the back door to the hotel itself was not locked the lock was clearly broken on top of people purposely placing the rug in the doorway so it couldn't shut all the way which was a little discouraging considering there was a sign right ...

Hyatt Regency Savannah
The outside and lobby shows that there is a standard, however, the rooms are a tad off. The lighting in the rooms aren't really there. More light is needed. And the bathrooms need an air vent. The ceilings were peeling as well. The staff were courteous...all but one of the bell hops.
