The rooms had a smell to it. It smelled like it was mildewed and it was hard for me to sleep like that. I kept spraying Lysol trying to get the smell out. I woke up early so that I could get some fresh air and we checked out at 10

Not much of a choice for breakfast. The pool was not clean so we couldn’t go swimming. Our room smelled musty so we had to go out and buy air freshener to spray in our room. I found a hair clip on the floor from another customer, so didn’t clean the floor very well.

Do not stay at this property! I recently stayed there for five nights and housekeeping never came to change our sheets despite my numerous requests to various housekeeper personnel, even the housekeeper manager herself. Despite numerous attempts to call the front desk, phone rang busy. Ultimately had to put trash and used towels outside our room, and catch someone to receive new towels. Breakfast was only available until 9:00 am on the weekday and 9:30 am weekends, which is not convenient for those who like to sleep in or during the summer for people who are on vacation. Out of the six days that we were there, we only saw breakfast being replenished two times upon request, and overall breakfast choices were very limited. Had to ask numerous times that the water cooler in the gym be refilled so that we could refill our water bottles for the day. Pool is in the middle of sun with no shade, therefore, most days the water felt like a hot tub, not at all refreshing.

2 biggest issues I had was the pillows felt like they were full of golf balls, lumpy pillows suck! And the people next to me kept their TV turned up so loud that my wife could hear their TV over the phone. Luckily they did turn it down a little bit around 2:30 AM, I returned the favor at 3:30 when I got up after a short nap. Really wasn’t worth the money I paid for the room to only get a short nap rather than I nights sleep. This place has kind of been the ghetto hotel near the airport.

Definitely could have been a lot cleaner. Mold in bathrooms. There was leftover food in the fridge from someone else. Room had dents, paint chipping, broken door handles. But the size of the room , clean sheets, clean towels and view made it worth while.
