The staff were great , the pull out couch could have been better, ended up getting a cot bed , the room was spacious, we had 5 people in the double queen room. Lots of things had to be asked for including extra pillows and sheets . Otherwise, it was ok. The breakfast buffet was something else. Wouldn't recommend it.

While traveling to Savannah for a doctor's appointments multiple times, we finally decided to try a new hotel, and I am sorry we didn't do this sooner. This place was so nice. The staff members were very supportive (my husband uses a wheelchair), and thoughtful. We won't be staying any place else on all future trips.

Freindly staff convenient location. Love the parking deck that allows me to park at the same level as my room floor. They used to have EV charging, but it is no longer there. They tell you about the supercharger down the road, but I liked the convenience of charging on location.

Family Weekend

After the initial check in where our room was not ready and the gentleman at the desk checking us in was on his cell phone having a personal conversation everything else was great. The front desk ladies was extremely friendly, the breakfast was great, our room was very spacious and clean.
