Checkin was performed professionally and quickly by Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure even though I didn't eat a lot (mostly wanted coffee). Very clean hotel and room accommodations - water pressure was a little low but not a major issue. Probably need to de-calcify the shower head in Rm 312 to provide more efficient spray pattern. Otherwise a very pleasant and uneventful stay.

Good for a quick overnight trip

Place was decent. Staff were very friendly. Room needs more lighting, better water pressure in the shower, USB ports for charging phones, a TV that doesn’t have a damaged picture. Perks of the room are the fridge and microwave. We did like how close it was to the interstate for easy access and the many restaurants nearby and some within walking distance.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, it felt good. A friendly greeting at reception, a great room, hot coffee available for 24 hours a day, an excellent buffet breakfast. And at a sensible room rate. The only down side was that the indoor pool was quite cold and the room it was in was not ‘inviting’. But otherwise a great hotel, and excellent value for money.

Check-in was easy and effortless. Room was updated and clean. Toiletries were awesome! Only negative was indoor pool was ice cold. That is shocking mid June. This was one of the main features in why we booked this hotel. So it is misleading to advertise an indoor pool when it is useless.
