Location was good, it was a clean room but it had a funky smell. We were only there 2 night so I didn't complain because we weren't there much. Staff was nice and plenty of parking. We were only 10 minutes from downtown. It was ok.

The room we had was a nice size and seemed clean. The bathroom, however, was small and dirty. There was some dirt in the shower and we asked them to clean the shower. When we returned to the room, we had clean towels and the bed was made. However, the dirt in the shower remained. There was also a musty smell in the bathroom. The bedroom was fine. The breakfast that they serve is a choice of cereal, toast, mini muffins and a waffle maker. We were there for 4 nights and the cereal on the last day tasted somewhat stale. It's unfortunate because this property was the perfect location for going into Savannah. I guess you get what you pay for.

Rooms are specious but breakfast is just okay. Very limited menu, no yogurt and other bread spread or hot food item. You will just get bread butter and jam, cereals and waffles. Apart from it, stay was good. Near to historic city downtown.

Parking was easy. Parking area around hotel was dirty with trash. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was over too early on the weekend (9:00 a.m.) and since we were in Savannah for music and our evenings went a little long (also the reason that we chose this hotel, due to the vicinity of the venue, which was good), there was no breakfast at 9:15 a.m. We had to even ask for coffee. Room was basic but clean and ample for our needs.

While the hotel exterior and lobby were freshly renovated, the room itself had very poor lighting. The toilet handle had to be held down until the toilet had flushed completely, and the room smelled of sulfur. The so called breakfast consisted of cereal, toast,or muffins. Only one type of juice, no hot water to make tea, no milk for the cereal. Luckily, there is a grocery store nearby. We wound up leaving after the first night although we were booked for four nights.

We loved the family suite size! Enough beds for the two kids and my husband and I. Unfortunately, this property is in a stinky industrial part of town. The whole are reeks of rotten egg. The room was a great size, but we didn't have enough towels for the number of people in our party, and the room was advertised with breakfast, but at 730 it's still was not ready. Also, our TV didn't work and we had to physically go to the desk instead of call to get it fixed. But they did fix it! And the staff were very kind

The area felt sketchy when we checked in. The staff left overnight, leaving a phone number to call if we needed anything. The smoke alarm was beeping in our time and my husband had to get a battery from the front desk to change it because the clerk didn’t know how.
