"Anita ( front desk) was very professional but friendly. Anita embodies southern hospitality. The hotel room is spacious and with a kitchenette, it was convenient. The location was also very convenient to most of the restaurants, parks and boutiques. One of the perks was the “Social evening reception ( Monday to Wednesday) from 5:30 pm to 7 pm which offered unlimited snacks and drinks. Overall our stay for 2 nights was great."

"This was our second stay at the River Street Inn and once again, it was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel has so much charm, and the staff was wonderful. I was even lucky enough to be Guest of the Day, which made our stay extra special! Thank you for another great visit. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Loved it here so much!! The people opening the doors were so nice at the front and the check in staff was amazing! We had an issue with the AC but they did the best they could to fix it."

"Room was clean and nice size. Bar and lobby staff were very friendly. Parking situation was frustrating - only valet is available and the process was very inconvenient. Not enough room to stop to give valet information on a narrow street and then had to use a mobile website to register and call car. Just seemed unnecessary and could be streamlined."

"The hotel is fine. Nothing special other than the great location, but it served its purpose. The front desk and reception area give a bad impression (a bit tired-looking, messy desks, etc.), but the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a lovely view of the square, the louder side of building. I barely heard the club opposite it. If you’re a light sleeper, choose the other side. The bathroom was bright, clean and modern, though the shower was small and got water all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. I don’t think they have breakfast, but you’re surrounded by restaurants. Parking was an offensive $50/day valet. Park in a public garage instead. Overall, it’s not bad, but not great either."
