"The set up of the property is very unique and cozy for a hotel, and the staff was very nice. My only complaints are that there were dead mushrooms that had grown out of the wood under the kitchen cabinets, and we found someone else’s flip flop hiding in the bedroom curtains. But aside from that, everything went well."

"Room has stains everywhere and there was a bug on our bed so we ended up staying at a different hotel entirely. And we couldn’t get a refund because of Expedia or the hotel or both. Staff was nice though."

"We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. When we arrived late on our check-in day, there was no one at the front desk. We waited in the lobby and called multiple times for about 25 minutes before anyone came out. We later found out the nighttime attendant had been asleep, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was great and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the lobby was noticeably dirty over the weekend and did not seem well maintained. We also had an issue with the blackout blind in our room being broken for our entire stay. We informed staff right away, but unfortunately it was never fixed. Overall, there were some positives, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing."

"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."
