The staff were amazing—everyone from the restaurant team, reception staff, and security guard was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. "If you’re looking for an authentic Samoan experience in an idyllic location, Vaimoana delivers. We stayed one night in an open beach fale and one night in a regular room. The fales share restroom and shower facilities, which is typical, and they were perfectly fine. The regular room had its own facilities. ..."
