"Stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel arranged to pick us up complimentary from the bus station. We got to the hotel in minutes. Staff show us to a room which looked nothing like the photo on the booking site, it was desperately in need of a paint and felt dirty. Mentioning this to staff they identified the photo as a cottage room and were more than happy to move us but explained that these rooms had hard beds instead of mattresses.
