Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The staff were absolutely charming and helpful. Breakfast was great with many choices, from fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, and so on. There is plenty of parking out front and it's an easy location to find. It is close to the boardwalk and we enjoyed long walks in lovely weather.

Great location near the river. It was OK but in need of upgrades. The big downside is no elevator. So if you have trouble with stairs, request a 1st floor room. There breakfast was very good. Great selection and everything was fresh. They even had some Tim Horton muffins. The downsize was the very small crowded eating area. The tables and chairs were battered but still functional. I would recommend for a one night stay. The parking lot is not too big and there were several U-Haul units taking up a lot of space. They should look at what Hilton Hotels has done rebranding/upgrading older hotels to Spark.

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was eggs,sausage, DIY waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc, quality was good not great. The staff was accomodating helping me with parking my car and boat. Room was clean, beds comfortable. TV was old school low res cable. Overall a nice facility and a nice location. I would stay again. Not expensive and completely acceptable.
