Simple room but clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep the Inn on Pim will work. Rooms have been totally renovated with new beds and accessories. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Other than the fact that there was a bed in my room, there was access to water, there was light, and the staff was friendly, I cannot think of any redeemable quality about this place. For an accommodation, staff's friendliness does not make up for all the things that are wrong at this place. I understand (hope) that my experience could be a unique one or that all the problems could be just specific to the room I was in, but it was bad enough that I had to cancel my second night right away. I can't even say this inn/my room offered me the bare minimums, let alone for the price that I paid. If you're reading this thinking that I just had high/realistic expectations for an inn/motel ("if you want good stuff, why don't you book a Hilton?"), I had another inn (but in another city) booked and it was merely $10 more/night and it was night and day!! So I really don't think I was the problem.

The trim around the bathroom door had black marks. The shower curtain had a small tear. The coffee pack was open not full. We ran out of body wash soap. There was lots of trash and old furniture on the property. The check in wasn't perfect but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Staff were lovely. Room was newly renovated however it hadnt been vaccumed so the floor was terribly dirty. Bathmat was also dirty, not changed from last guest? Bed was good, linens ok, shower was hot. Good for price.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and useful places nearby, making it easy to get anything during the stay. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and great service made the experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and would happily stay here again.

The new owners took over in Nov 2025. It really looks like they’ve put a lot of money in renovations. The staff is amazing and the service is great. Nice new rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this motel in the winter and had a disappointing experience. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and the walkway and stairs were still covered in snow. We booked about three hours before arriving, so staff knew we were coming. When we got there, I had to call the front desk to check in and ended up waiting outside in the cold for several minutes. The staff member finally came, checked us in, and left again without clearing the walkway. We had to shovel a path ourselves to bring in our bags. The room itself was clean but here were several hairs on the sheets, and the fitted sheet was quite dirty with stains. The mattress was hard and not the most comfortable. There were no hand towels, shower mat, or hooks to hang our coats. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided. The only positive thing was the shower — it had good water pressure and the bathroom was clean

This is an old road side motel that the owners are clearly renovating. The staff were really nice. Everything was clean. This is a good place to stay off the trans-canada highway to get some rest. Very close to stores and food.
