"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war schmackhaft und hatte ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der SPA-Bereich ist ein Traum! Unser Zimmer war sehr klein (113), der Fußboden war stark verunreinigt und im Badezimmer roch es permanent nach Fäkalien. Unsere Gesamtbewertung: Sehr gutes Hotel für ein SPA-Wochenende."

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "Ikke et resort som titlen ellers antyder !! slidt mørkt hotel med store mangler. Mørkt i alle lokaler da gennemsnitligt halvdelen af pærer i lamper var defekte. Ikke opvarmet skiopbevaring, så alt for fugtigt og dårligt lugtende til at kunne bruges. En voldsom stank af ubehageligt parfumeret rengøringsmiddel, på værelset efter rengøring. "Hotel is good. Food is good. Staff are good. The Pool, Spa and Gym are great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the decor is old - it feels like an 80s Time Warp! Well looked after, but old. Note to Dorint Management - you seriously need to invest in modern decor and furnishings! I didn't sleep too great - bed is hard and duvet and pillows not my preference. That being said, I wasn't unhappy and I would stay again."
