Room was nice but a little dark because of the black wood finishings. Pillows bed and linen were all good. Room had direct access to the pool. New Years Eve Party was excellent. Breakfast is very good. Food at the restaurant including drinks were lovely. Loved all the massage girls and my daily massages.

The location was of course beautiful and the staff again amazing as you would expect in Thailand - However a large amount of construction work taking place and parts of the facilities were very worn - For the price you would expect the construction to be completed in low season and for the general wear and tear to be replaced at first sight.

Lovely hotel right on the beach with it’s beautiful white sands - 2 mins to Walking Street - hotel was very nice lovely beach pool and also lagoon style throughout the property - our poolside room was very modern spacious and clean - breakfast here was really good very friendly staff would definitely come back 🏖️🏖️

Hotel is tired , building site next door ,hotel is not sustainable no green bins , black bin brown food bins ect I divided my rubbish up but it wa all thrown into a black bin same at side of bar everything thrown into black bag, breakfast was good food quality good except orange juice not fresh staff were lovely but I am afraid the island and its beauty is doomed raw effulant on walking street after rain I would never go back to koh lipe

Unbelievable time here! Hotel is in the perfect location and has the best beachfront for chilling. The rooms are faultless, everything you could need and even pool access for when it gets too hot down at the beach!! Staff were amazing - service at the beach bar just perfect! Food delicious!! Can’t wait to return!!

Couldn't ask for a better hotel.

Honeymoon suite , lovely hotel. Food was great for lunch and evening meals on the beach. Nice chilled music and great location. Was worried it may be hectic at the bottom of walking street. Only negatives are the curtains weren't wide enough to block out all the sun and as a vegetarian, omelettes and eggs were cooked on the same grill as bacon. The beach is overran with longtail boats - actually seems worse on sunrise beach , the only place it's ok is nr zodiac see sun resort, but the ananya does have a roped off swimming area right in front of the hotel. If I came back I would probably stay here and I definitely recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable and the pool access room was lovely. The beach area is great for sunset. I think it’s fair to warn people that none of the pool bars you might see in pictures are ever open, this was really disappointing as they were advertised when we booked. No rooftop area either. If you’re vegetarian I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. Some days there were hot food choices but some days there was nothing even though we asked.

Great incredible staff good location. Nice property. The construction next door was horrible super noisy all day. Staff tried to help. The beach bar had something to be desired. Slow service and if I didn’t return used glasses nobody would. Saw some 2 days old. Dont stay on construction side!!!

Avoid this hotel! The service at this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced! They promised us the room would be ready in 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, we politely asked and out of nowhere, both front desk ladies gave us an attitude with a face! We tried to chill and they promised us another 20 mins, and again, after the 20 mins, they still didn't bother to update us until we asked again. Again, the room is still not ready. Apparently, they just simply promised us, without even talking to their team member about getting the room ready. So, they just simply lied and then had the audacity to give us an attitude. Very rude! So, don't expect any “service” out of this hotel. It doesn't exist here! Even at the restaurant, they don't care about you till you have to walk and find the staff to get a menu. It affected our stay to the extent we decided to move to another hotel the next day! Our booking is obviously burnt, but we feel so much better after we left this property! Location-wise, it is located near the walking street which makes the beach in front of the hotel very busy. It is also near the jetty and we keep hearing the boat engine all the time. They also played loud music till midnight. There is not much they can do about this, but their service was the worst we ever experienced.

Do not book this hotel, they charge you for the mini bar even though you don’t take anything. When we checked out, she (lady named Oil) presented us with a full minibar bill!! She knew we had to leave for the ferry, she did everything to make us miss our ferry. They are taking advantage of tourists and try to steal your money, please go book another hotel that's much more honest and respectful.
