"It was wonderful "

"Went away from Mother’s Day weekend with my kids. It was a little bit of a bummer having to go down to the lobby to get robes because I didn’t have any to go to the pool and then when we got to the pool, there was no towels and we were told that they could be some in our room however there was only the bath towels in the room, not pool towels with Kids. It’s a lot of extra work to constantly have to go back-and-forth when I paid that amount of money to enjoy Mother’s Day weekend and relax."

"Don’t judge a book by its cover. We booked this place based on reviews and were kinda skeptical when we pulled in, BUT, the staff were so friendly and helpful and our newly renovated room was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend and will stay again."

"Parking is on a quiet street behind the hotel and in a safe garage for a small extra fee. The courtyard with the fish is gorgeous (once finished renovating). The hot springs and the lake view are worth the detour."

"Would never stay there again. Room was dirty & a large crack right down the window (window was filthy). No net curtains or blinds for privacy. Badly fitting door showing light right through. Did not feel secure. Bed comfortable. Picture did not show the exact room we were given. Room booked because of details in photo you sent to us. No heating & also TV kept switching off every 30 minutes."

"The room was clean and well laid out. It looked like it has been fairly recently updated. The manager was extremely helpful. Just to be clear, the listing on expedia.ca stated there is a restaurant on site which is incorrect. There are a couple of restaurants very close, but not actually on the property. I would definitely recommend this accommodation on your next trip through Hope, BC."
