They did not clearly explained where my room was (and it is not an easy to navigate hotel!), they did not ask if I needed help, they did not explain anything about the hotel, the services and options. They just pointed at page on the desk with the timings for breakfast and lunch. It was just awful. When I got lost I asked the porter and he helped...

"This hotel was perfectly comfortable, and the staff were so helpful. We only stayed one night because we had early flights the next morning, but the shuttle ran nearly around the clock, and the staff gave perfect guidance on which time to leave to be at the airport in time to reduce stress. They called taxis for us during the day and provided food and snacks when needed. The beds were comfortable, and you had options for pillows and blankets, which made it even better."

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The only problem with the hotel itself was the scraped and dirty walls and carpets leading up to our hotel room. Carpets ripped because, i am sure, of pulling luggage up the stars. The other major problem was the electricity was shut off by the electrical company in the area for whatever reason between the hours of 8 am and three pm. The electricity did not go on until Around four. We were alerted of the problem the day before. We had a wedding that day...
