This is the third time we've rented in this city, and each year we enjoy it more. The units are very comfortable, and the office service is very efficient and professional.

Great family vacation

Beautiful little bungalow. Two beds and two baths were perfect for family. The updates made it feel fresh and new. Make sure you bring shampoo its not provided. However soap, starter dish washer tablets and soap is in the unit. If you need to do laundry you'll need to buy soap for that. Our only negative is that there were few blankets. The week we stayed was in the low 50's and it got chilly. The location is great to walk to the beach. Great places to eat. Lots of shells to pick and the beautiful white sand that never gets hot. We had a wonderful time.

It was clean, quite and cozy. A short walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants. Pool was dirty all 4 days, and very poor water pressure in the bathrooms.

The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Some of the windows didn’t seem to be closed all the way and occasionally noise could be hear both inside and outside the house but overall it was a quiet area. Easily walkable to the beach. Pool was a little small and was surprisingly deep on 1 end. Sitting area by pool was nice. Pool felt almost private most of the time.

Very spacious and close to trolley stops. Beach was a short walk and nice. Pool area and our breezeway could have been cleaned better. Umbrella flew out during a wind storm and went into the pool. We took it out but it had been damaged before and should have been replaced. Pool chairs need replaced. 2 beach chairs were broke and management was quick to replace them. Would love to return in the future!

Could be a really nice place. No maid service. For the money u would think u wouldn’t have to do your own laundry. Shower did not work properly. The bed is the most horrific bed I’ve ever slept on. Get ready for back surgery, way too soft. Will not be staying here again.

We liked the privacy and it was roomy. The smoke detector kept beeping which I called about. We were finally able to get it to quit by ourselves. There was a cheap plastic shower curtain for a bathroom door ( really??) and the water wasn't warm at all in the bathtub. The drain leaked so you just had to let the water run constantly until done with your not very warm bath. No toaster or starter coffee as promised. Place is ok, but in desperate need of a renovation.

The property is in a great location to walk to the beach & local restaurants. The provided beach chairs and cooler was a plus. More coffee could have been provided for the length of my stay. If laundry soap was provided for the beach towels I would have started the washing machine upon departure.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. We had 4 adults and 2 smaller children and it fit all our needs. They provided a cart with beach chairs and a small cooler to bring to the beach, and we were within walking distance to the beach. It was quiet and our kids were able to have a pool basically to themselves. We had our own patio table to sit outside our own place and there was seating by pool. There was ample parking. The air conditioning worked amazing and each room had a tv with plenty of things to watch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and everything worked. We were also within walking distance of a few restaurants/bars/7-11 if we didn't want to drive. The outside and inside were clean. It would have been nice to have a little more seating in the living room and the couch was a cream color with spots, but that really is the only complaint and very minor since we were not inside often. We would come back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bianca Sands in Siesta Key. We were extremely excited to be only a three minute walk from the beach. We got to enjoy some amazing Sunsets. The unit itself was extremely comfortable for a family of five. The bedrooms are large with king size beds. There was a pull out sofa as well. The kitchen was awesome, considering we made Thanksgiving dinner. We also celebrated my wife’s birthday and the proximity to restaurants were awesome. We were very satisfied with our stay and will stay with Beachside Management in the future.

Loved that you could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Originally, we paid for the casita we stayed at in August that we loved but due to some plumbing issues we got another unit that needs some updates for sure. It was also tight for our family of 5. The staff is super nice and the communication is very good. I would go back to Bianco Sands but to a different unit.

The house waa clean and in great condition. Beach access but the beach area was small and mostly filled by hotel beach chairs so it was better to drive to the public beach access close by. 5 min drive. Pool was small. On the first day the garbage area was full and it stunk really bad but then finally was cleared the next day. The center is 10 min drive Water was perfect. The house has towels and chairs and cooler. There were hammocks around the house and tables to sit around outside. Overall satisfying.

Condo suited our needs for a family of 5 (kids ages 14, 12 & 9). It's an older condo, but that didn't bother us. It was clean and large enough for the week. Great proximity to the beach, but beach amenities in condo fell short - 4 beach chairs were very old and falling apart; only 4 beach chair/4 beach towels while the condo has capacity for 6; pool facility wasn't great - the kids felt water was not clean (and complained of hair in the pool) - we didn't use it after that. The only other advice would be for management to provide a list a basic supplies/amenities that renters will need to shop for, such as laundry detergent, condiments for food. This would be helpful especially for families traveling far (such as from the west coast). Overall, these setbacks didn't put a huge damper on our vacation and we still had a great time.
