Var ny ägare sedan förra gången vi bodde här. Då var allt fantastiskt bra. Servisen på topp nu fick man varje morgon påpeka att saker fattades på frukostbuffén t ex. Annars är personalen både trevlig o hjälpsam. Städerskan är fantastisk en eloge till henne.

GREAT LOCATION AND VERY COMFORTABLE

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE VERY MUCH. IN FACT IT WAS PERFECT! THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, JUST A STEP OUT OF THE BACK DOOR TO THE OLD CITY. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ARRANGED A TOUR FOR US TO TRAFNIK THAT WAS A HIGHLIGHT. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. WE LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL.

This is a really nice, small, charming hotel on the edge of Sarajevo's old town. The proprietors are friendly and the atmosphere is personable. Comfy, clean, and just as described.

Great place that deserves it's many good reviews

Hotel in a great location for popping into old city. While room was typical European compact, it had everything we needed. Breakfasts also fine. What sets Konak apart is an incredibly warm, helpful staff that cannot do enough for guests. They arranged 2 private guided tours that were outstanding, at our convenience and very modest cost, helped get my car parked, carry luggage, etc. Free parking a nice feature if needed but spaces are a challenge as is unloading bags from car out front. Could not see getting an SUV sized vehical in one.

Family run hotel

My flight was delayed due to inefficiency of Croatian Airways and the hotel staff went out of their way to help me i had the decency to phone them from Zagreb airport so they wouldn't wait for me until the next flight .

Super hôtel dans la vieille ville

Nous avons été très bien accueillies , ils sont même venus nous chercher à l'aéroport après un grand retard d'avion et sous la neige!! Une équipe adorable et aux petits soins, tout était parfait, l'hôtel et super bien placé, ravies de notre séjour !!

Home away from home in Sarajevo

What a great little place to stay in Sarajevo. Clean, tidy, comfortable and very good value for money. Would come back again and recommend to others. Based in the old town, it is the perfect location for tourists. The food nearby is amazing - ask the guys working in the hotel for a recommendation. They couldn't have done enough for us. Booked personal tours for us around Sarajevo and shared some of their experiences of the war with us. They were even able to accommodate us for another night when our departing flight was cancelled. Only tip would be to skip their breakfast - it is very basic and there are so many affordable, local dishes to try nearby instead. Brilliant!

Me hadde eit veldig trivelig opphald på hotellet. Dei tilsette var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsome. Hotellet ligg i gamlebyen og ein det er restauranter og butikkar i området. Anbefalast!

Location is great, horrible cleanliness

The hotel is at a great location and the price is good, the decor is intent to resemble Bosniak culture. The breakfast is really not that terrible. The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful. However.... there were issues with the cleanliness There was a cuckroach in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty.

Good location

Staff were very helpful during our stay, organising a private tour and transfers to the eastern bus station. Breakfast was plentiful and good access to the old town from the rear entrance. God value for money

Højt service niveau ved den gamle bydel.

Blev varmt modtaget i hotellets lille reception og fik hutigt forklaret forholdene og blev udstyret med et bykort. Alle ansatte som vi mødte var utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var rent, havde en god størrelse, air condition, stabil wi-fi og udsigt over den gamle bydel. Der er elevator. Morgenmaden var OK, fik en yoghurt der var for gammel og der var ikke rigtig ost, udover det var udvalget fint. Placeringen kunne ikke være mere central. Når man kommer ud ad døren er man midt i centrum ved den gamle bydel. Placeringen, prisen, udsigten og service niveauet er helt sikkert grundene til at jeg ville komme tilbage til dette hotel til enhver tid.

På gennemrejse boede jeg på hotellet anden gang. Den er tæt på gransen til Bulgarien og motorvej. Den er nærheden af outlet med shopping og restauranter. Jeg bed om en værelse på ikke ryger område. Fik en ikke rygerværelse men folk røg på gangen som føltes meget generende. Alt i alt en hotel godt for gennemrejsende men ikke på længere ophold
