"From start to finish this hotel has what's most important......amazing staff. They booked our taxi from the airport, sent me ideas of places to visit during our stay, walked us up to our rooms on the 3rd floor and introduced me to Bosnian coffee at breakfast. Yes some guests will say the rooms need a little maintenance doing, but in the grand scheme of things it had everything you needed for a great stay. The hotel is less than a 5mins walk from Sacred Heart Cathedral in the middle of the Old Town."
