Room smaller than expected and a bit far from station. located at red district area, don't feel safe to walk around at night. Bathroom totally the smallest among the hotel i stayed for this trip and price slightly higher than others too. Don't worth for what we paid for it. Staff able speak english and chinese.

The hotel is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The room is great, very clean and has everything you need. The staff were also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Room was too small even for Japanese hotel
Room was very small. It was no space for luggage, no even tiny wardrobe, not enough hangers. No card key, but an old-school key with a huge key-chain. Breakfast is good. Toothbrushes, razors and others are provided as in any other Japanese business hotel. Great Japanese restaurant at the basement floor. Hotel located in the middle of the huge red light district.

Excellent hotel staff
Reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Susukino, which unfortunately made for a few noisy nights due to the club street hawkers screaming from 2 AM to about 5 AM. Room was tiny, but very efficiently furnished. Breakfast was very good, especially the soup curry. The hotel staff was excellent.

Good for no-frills travellers
The hotel has covenient access to most amenities - covenience store nearby; surrounded by restaurants; just 2 subway stations away from sapporo station, though the nearest train station to the hotel is not really within comfortable walking distance (about 10 min walk away). The room was clean but the walls a little too thin for myself, who's a light sleeper. Hotel staff are also helpful and responsive. Overall, considering the price, i think this hotel would be a good option for no-frills travellers.

Central location and responsive staff
The hotel is centrally located. The nearest subway station to the hotel (around 10min walk away), susukino station, is 2 stops from sapporo station. Susukino is also a nightlife centre. So there is plenty to do at night (food, bars, clubs, karaoke, etc). The room was clean but its sound insulation could be better as there were times when i could hear my neighbour speaking. The hotel staff were responsive. When I made a call to the front desk, the staff came over to my room in no time. There is no coin laundry in this hotel though the description in hotels.com indicate the hotel has laundry facility. But if you need to wash your laundry, there are coin laundry shops around 10min walk away. Otherwise, you may also use the hotel's laundry service.

Pleasant Stay at Tmark
At first, the room was not set as requested for 5 beds (family room type). We were a family of 7 people with kids. However, the front desk Mr. LAI Sheng Wen dealt it nicely and speedy. The problem was resolved. Since he can speaks mandarin, it made things a lot easier for us overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tmark. Specially the hotel gave each kid a welcome pack. Felt very warm from the hotel.

Stayed for 5 nights, web indicates there is laundry machine but the hotel claimed that they do not have it. Staff is helpful. Many eateries and convenient stores around the hotel. Expecting slightly larger room in Sapporo, room looks a bit old.

Location is good, only 5 min walk to subway station and a lot of restaurants nearby. Convenience store is just around the corner! The room is clean, but a bit small. Difficult to move around if you are with a large suitcase. Overall is value for money.

T-Mark City Sapporo
We got a great deal with this hotel booking 1-2 months before our stay in April. The hotel staff that helped us with check in is very fluent in English (I believe he is on working-holiday from an English speaking country). We booked a single plus room for 2 people but got upgraded to a double room because they ran out of the single plus room. The room size is typical of hotels in Japan-> small, but have no problem with it since we are only there to sleep. Room is a little bit hot though, even in April, we tried turning the AC on but still it the room was hot and we have to open the windows. There's a good ramen shop by the hotel which we sees locals line up for even at 9~10pm at night. It's right across from a Lawson.

Dear L, Thank you very much for the feedback! I hope you enjoyed the ramen shop recommended by the front desk (all of us go there from time to time). The rooms in our hotel get very hot around March and April because they are set to "winter mode" by the central heating/cooling system, and it takes roughly 2 weeks to get the cold air blowing (I think this is a common system for most hotels in Sapporo). To make up for this, we offer cooling towers to be installed in your room should you request for one. We were shocked about the size of room for the price. Staff was amazing and so was the location. Our room 1404 was small and the noice from outside was very loud. Very clean rooms

Aircon not working but they said all rooms were fully booked. I highly doubt that as the stay was off peak season and on weekday. Not happy with their response. No compensation whatsoever. Otherwise, the price was reasonable and the breakfast included was great. However, that may be due to the fact that it was booked very early

Convenient, nice staff but small room
As is typical for Japanese hotels the room was tiny. The staff were very helpful in arranging our luggage (ski equipment) to be sent from the hotel to Haneda airport so we didn't have to carry it through two more cities.

We stayed for three nights , one night in east building , and two nights in west, the west's is much better, rooms are bigger and newer. However east room is very tiny, and old. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful, two speak very good English.first night, we have free drinks including beer and orange juice.

Unless you are staying by yourself...
This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, ever....I opened the door, and couldn't even fit in the hallway, I had to walk in the door sideways just to get in. I'm not a fat guy, I'm 180lbs and 6ft tall. There is no closet, just 2 hangers on the wall. Your luggage has to go on the floor by the bed, and there is absolutely no place to walk. just to get to your bed you have to walk ON your luggage. If you want to get anything out of your luggage you have to put it on the bed just to unzip and open it up. Don't bother unpacking anything, theres no place to put anything. The bed is so small it is just over the size of a twin bed. Right outside the back door there are 3 "brothels" with girls pictures, so if you have kids this aint the place for you..

Great staff, location and facilities
Easy checkin process there is a checkin counter contrary to what I was emailed as a confirmation from Expedia, the hotel was easy to find and facilities and staff were great. Staff were helpful in holding our luggage till checkin time at 2pm and when we went back to collect keys at 2 they had already moved our luggage to our room. Everything in the room was all we needed. It's a small room like most Japanese accommodation but it worked for me as I spent most of my holiday exploring outside rather than in the hotel room.

It's a pretty nice hotel that's just been opened for a few months. It's close enough to the shopping and dining areas though I can't say it's centrally located. Rooms are small but typical of Japanese cities. Good wifi and breakfast.

As a newly renewed hotel (opened April 1st 2015), we value your review as it gives valuable insight into how we can improve your service. While the hotel is not exactly in the center of Sapporo (15 minute walk to Odori Park), there are lots of attractions in the surrounding area, and also good transport links with the nearest subway being a 5 minute walk away. We apologize that the size of the room wasn't to your satisfaction however, as you mentioned Japanese rooms sizes tend to be a little smaller in comparison to their Western counterparts. Sapporo stay
Price is reasonable for a hotel near the center of downtown, walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is small.
