Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional friendly and multi-lingual. There are free light snacks and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast staff was also friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and simple. Our room was pristine and clean. House keeping was on the spot every morning. The hotel is in prime location for everything (shopping, food, tours). The hotel attached restaurant was 5 star. Make reservations. The line gets long.

Truly a 10/10 experience. Great staff, hotel is so cute. Had a little dishwasher and kitchen set up if needed. Area was perfect. 100% coming back and upset I didn’t stay here the whole time. Speak easy, Mediterranean restaurant, and great Portuguese food. You’ll be sad if you skip this spot.
