  • The mostly uncrowded beach was amazing during our long weekend away from the chaotic Sao Paulo! We accidentally rented a compact car with manual transmission (most have this) and no A/C! Silly gringo. Also the traffic leaving the city was a disaster but after that it wan an enjoyable road trip. Until we had to come back in to the city, that is. There is a reason the rich use helicopters! #blue

Total escape.

This was a very cozy and romantic place to stay. Rustic and charming room. The meals in the dining room were excellent. We had massages that were also wonderful. What a great place!

Imagine a nightmare! Here I got 2 in sequence!!!

No hot water available during all stay — impossible get a shower during winter time and zero chance to enjoy jacuzzi in the balcony; even worse when lay at night reception desk informed they were aware about such issue but nothing was informed during check in! And in following day no repair up to check out. To get worse… run flat tire from My Mercedes damaged by maintainance wastage parts resulting in losing almost 2 hours in middle of road to get new tire and assemble it in car’s wheel getting super late to Ilhabela (left hotel 12pm and arrived in Ilhabela 7:30pm! Only 34km but a sequence of issue without hot water, no shower and losing R$1,200 to get new tire damaged by garbage not properly storaged in hotels parking lot

O hotel é muito bom. O quarto é gostoso, linda vista, as instalações no geral são ótimas, o café da manhã e restaurante e principalmente o serviço de praia e a possibilidade de desfrutar dela sem preocupação pois há estacionamento privativo, ducha, banheiro e serviço de bar na praia. Porém, tivemos problemas em nosso quarto (suíte Couves) com uma tomada que não funcionava, o cofre estava sem bateria, a banheira que não funcionou no dia do nosso aniversário de casamento e a massagem agendada teve um atraso de meia hora. O hotel foi solícito em nos ajudar com os problemas no quarto, embora demorasse um pouco, e até ofereceu um jantar cortesia (o qual não usamos, pois já tínhamos plano para nosso aniversário), mas de fato não ofereceu nenhuma compensação ao final da estadia, o que nos deixou surpresos, dava a quantidade de pequenos transtornos que tivemos ao longo da estadia em uma data tão especial para nós.. mas também não questionamos, por achar que isso deveria vir pela preocupação na experiência do hóspede e não o contrário. Não sei se voltaremos, mas se acertarem esses detalhes, vale a pena sim a visita.

Estrutura excelente, equipe extremamente atenciosa e uma atmosfera de tranquilidade que faz jus ao nome. A experiência geral foi maravilhosa, do conforto das acomodações ao cuidado com os detalhes. A única observação, que pode parecer pequena, mas faz diferença na experiência, é em relação ao café servido. O café (líquido) de máquina tem um sabor bem esquentado e industrializado. Considerando o padrão e o valor da diária, seria um grande diferencial oferecer um café de melhor qualidade, artesanal ou passado na hora. No mais, tudo impecável. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo de olhos fechados!

A estadia foi excelente. Comida oferecida pelo local é de ótima qualidade. Atendimento acolhedor e prestativo. A paisagem do local é um show à parte. Os dois pontos de atenção que tive na estadia foi a limpeza da piscina privativa da suíte, que estava com marcas de lodo e às condições dos itens do banheiro. (Ex: puxador do box desencaixado, porta shampoo com sinais de ferrugem e arandela do banheiro sem o difusor). Entretanto, estes pontos não desabonam a experiencia no local, tanto dos serviços oferecidos, como o serviço de praia, quanto do conforto do quarto

O hotel é bem agradável, com localização privilegiada, vista incrível. Não é "pé na areia" mas compensa com estrutura de praia bem confortável. Staff muito atencioso e prestativo. Boa experiência no hotel. Ótimo atendimento, excelente vista para o mar, cozinha muito boa! Mas faltam alguns cuidados de manutenção do hotel, sobretudo acesso às áreas comuns e dedetização nos quartos. O título de "boutique" não é muito adequado à realidade encontrada na estadia.

A comida é maravilhosa, a instalação que criaram para a praia é fantástica e a estrutura do hotel é muito boa se você gosta de estar cercado por natureza ao mesmo tempo que aprecia o mar. Frustação e completa decepção

Não deram early check in e nem late check out e o hotel estava vazio. No check in há copos num móve ao lado da recepção, mas devem ser de enfeite, pois nem sequer uma água foi oferecida para beber. Tábuas soltas, quebradas e com pregos nas passarelas de acesso aos quartos. Escada de pedras totalmente irregular e perigosa para acesso entre os quartos, piscina e recepção. Cortei meu pé. Material de construção acumulado embaixo da área onde as refeições são oferecidas (tem telhas que podem acumular água - acho que não estão sabendo sobre o surto da dengue). Essa mesma área tem luzes brancas horrorosas (parece farmácia e nada aconchegante) e portas de vidros mais feias ainda. Pedi que um espumante fosse deixado no meu quarto à noite e não foi entregue. Voltei de um jantar fora do hotel e não tinha para quem reclamar. Aliás, reclamei no check out com o Gerente Cristiano que não teve nenhuma empatia e sequer pediu desculpas. Reclamei no serviço de concierge pelo WhatsApp e nem sequer responderam. Fiquei mais de 10m aguardando alguém abrir o portão nesse mesmo dia que saí para jantar à noite. Quartos escuros e sem veneziana (foram removidas da porta de acesso à varanda). Banheiro da suíte VIP em que fiquei hospedado com um cheiro horrível e super pequeno e apertado. O sabonete de mão não era da L’occitane e além disso vendiam produtos da Natura e AVON. Luzes de cor verde na varanda, parecendo mais uma boate e um motel, do que efetivamente um hotel boutique.

Excelente restaurante. Funcionários atenciosos. Bela vista da praia, mas sem acesso direto. Tem um local reservado para os hóspedes na praia. Mas é necessário usar o carro para ir até o local.

A vista do hotel é linda e a jardinagem maravilhosa. A proposta se ser um hotel de charme é legal, mas achei as instalações meio ultrapassadas e o serviço não era exclusivo, nem charmoso.

Vista incrivel, mas o hotel precisa melhorar muito

Apesar da enorme simpatia do staff, o empreendimento está mais para uma pousada simples. As suítes são mal mobiliadas com peças rusticas sem conforto algum, os banheiros são minúsculos e frequentemente visitados por baratas. O buffet de café da manhã eh bem fraco nas opções e principalmente na apresentação. Não há lobby ou bar. Existe apenas o restaurante com vista e comida excelentes, mas com cadeiras rusticas demais extremamente desconfortáveis. A piscina e a vista são ótimas. O Spa eh apenas uma sala de massagem com duas macas e um ofuro e a Sauna tem uma aparência que afugenta os interessados. O local tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar muuuito em equipamentos, manutenção e treinamento de atendimento. Tudo muito básico e caseiro para se classificar de Eco Hotel Boutique e Spa. Os acessos das suítes para as outras dependências do hotel tambem precisam ser revistos. Terreno muito íngreme com escadas para todo lado e degraus excessivamente altos e irregulares.

Muito bom

Ficamos apenas um dia no hotel. Café da manhã bom, piscina boa, quarto bom e vista incrível. É um hotel para quem quer descansar. Apenas achei o custo alto para o que é entregue.
