"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "O Hotel e as instalações são incríveis. Porem demos o azar de a alimentação não ser no formato "buffet" como eles oferecem. Segundo a equipe era por conta da quantidade de hóspedes, ou seja, buffet somente a partir de 15 quartos ocupados. Com o formato a la carte não deu muito certo. A equipe pedia para fazer o pedido com antecedência para adiantar, mas não dava muito certo. Pedidos trocados, atrasos... Porém a equipe super solicita, simpática, tentando minimizar ao máximo a situação. O Hotel...
